   My husband recently underwent cardiac surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital. The location of the garage and the employees there were also helpful. They helped me negotiate paying for and getting my ticket and advising me the best level to park on; I was very lucky there were many spaces available.I parked on the top level in the daylight and the elevator was clean and quick. Being a woman traveling in the city alone, I feel very safe there. I would recommend the lot on E. 99th St. to anyone who needs to park in that neighborhood.

2. 1/5Confusing UI, Non-existent customer support

   User interface is a janky mess. Among other things, if offers suggested bookings for nearby events that may or may not coincide with when you actually want to book a space, and if you click one it will automatically adjust the date and time you have input without notifying you that it has done so. In some cases, these “events” may be the only offered option to book a space, so if you don’t double check everything very carefully and are new to the app, it’s very easy to wind up with a useless booking—what looks like a helpful suggestion of “things you can do in the area the day you’re booking for” might actually be “the thing you must be doing, TONIGHT.” First time using the app I tried to book a spot for the next day, and it changed the date and time I had input to a session that was already in progress (the session actually started two hours BEFORE I made the booking, so even if I wanted the space for that night, it would have been a waste of money). By the time I noticed the change, I had already hit confirm. This left me with a useless, uncancellable booking. Customer support never responded. Waste of time, waste of money.

3. 1/5Lots of bugs and missing features

   I clicked on email support and send them a list of issues, in the app there was no confirmation if the email was sent or not, I was simply diverted to the previous page. I copied what I wrote since the email support form was also buggy so I can send the bugs as a review. Hopefully someone sees this and can fix. The app used in Atlanta previous by the city for parking was significantly better. Not sure they changed it :(! Here is what my original email said: has anyone in your company used this app??? probably has the most bugs that I have seen in a parking app. even this email support form in the app has is buggy. the name field is setup as an email field. the comment field where I am trying this, doesn’t have a wrap text setting enabled. yesterday I was trying to pay for parking but ultimately gave up on paying. when going through the steps, I entered the wrong credit card number. I got an error when I hit submit, then I realized, there is no way to change the payment method or enter a new credit card.. tried everything possible but didn’t help. also, it’s a mobile app, who in this day and age is asking to enter credit card details !! have you heard of Apple Pay? google it. also I signed up for the account but there is no way to save my car on the profile. do I have to enter my car license plate each time?? the field to car license plate is less than 5% of the entire screen and is hard to find.. someone sensible needs to spend 4 hours on this app and fix it.. since I live in Atlanta and you guys have take over the parking payments so I am stuck now..

   I think this should be integrated with the Ventra app. I was prepared my trip but the parking fee caught me off guard. There was just one tiny sign in the parking lot that can be easily missed. I thought I got there early enough; however, I struggled with getting my transactions processed thru the webpage . In the end after countless tries the transaction went thru as it was complaining about my CVC. ITurns out I fat figured the date but I corrected that. I kept on checking everything and everything was correct. Eventually, I got it working in the train, but it was a very frustrating experience as I did not want to miss the train. I have no idea why they have not integrated Apple pay into the app. It hopefully would have made the transaction more effortless.

5. 3/5I want this to be good, but it has led me to lose $

   The interface resets the exit time, and that cost me 50 bucks to park (the location charge me extra because the reservation expired) I picked the exact time, then the location and It changed the exitt time when I went to talk to the office at the parking facility before my time expired. They told me no problem you will be able to exit just for an additional fee. I did not know the additional fee for the time was $50. Additional to that the interface is very clumsy among many other things but unfortunately, some of my favorite parking spots are under this substandard solution
