1. 5/5OKX is for everyone new or old to crypto

   I absolutely love this app. Other wallet providers could learn a lot from the seamless versatility OKX provides. I utilize a variety of wallets to participate in an assortment of Web3 platforms. If other wallets weren’t required, I would only use OKX. I don’t have to open OKX prior to connecting, like other wallets, to preset anything, I just click & go. I just wish the exchange was accessible in the US. There are too many location restrictions associated with residing in the USA regarding crypto. The SEC needs to take a chill pill! So many company leaders in crypto are moving their headquarters out of the US due to the scrutiny (huge fine$) received from the SEC. I look forward to a day when I can use ALL of the services OKX offers, both wallet & EXCHANGE!! Back off SEC!!

2. 1/5OKEx will arbitrarily block your account, please use it with caution

   I've been using OKEx for a while and always found it quite good. However, in the past two days, I discovered that OKEx has actually frozen the withdrawal function on my account. When I click on "withdraw," it says it’s blocked due to platform risk control. There was no prior notification or email before this happened. When I contacted customer support, I was told it was due to triggering their risk control, and now I have to wait for their review. I asked what the specific reason was, but the customer service representative said they didn't know. I also asked how long the process would take, as it’s unreasonable for me to wait indefinitely. Again, they said they didn't know. I was very dissatisfied with the service, and when I requested to file a complaint, the representative told me they had the highest level of authority to handle this issue and that I would just have to wait, with no other options. As for complaining about the customer service itself, they said it would be handled internally, but they wouldn’t notify or inform customers about the outcome. If OKEx had originally posted a notice on their platform stating that they could freeze customer accounts without any conditions, I wouldn’t have chosen to use it. But they didn't notify me, and they can arbitrarily freeze customer accounts, while their customer service treats a legitimate issue with such an attitude, which I find unacceptable. Is OKEx about to go bankrupt? Could this be their final attempt to grab as much as they can? I urge anyone considering using OKEx to think carefully, as they can freeze your account at any time.

3. 2/5They lie like every other company in the world

   They say that you get a bonus just for signing up and verifying your account except you don’t actually get the bonus. It does not get to leave the platform for 30 days. They’re frauds they’re liars and they’re scammers. They’re just like every other bs company. To swindle you into signing up with their service paying them just for them hold your funds without a disclaimer and the misleading from the get-go so who knows what else they’re misleading about. Kinda ironic how they can take your money from you right away, but they won’t give it back to you right away. They placed a hold on it to ensure they get the funds and they get to gamble with it first. The way I see it. You probably won’t get the money at the end of the 30 days either. There’s probably some other stipulation that isn’t even written in the fine print and I’ve read all of the print, but at the end of the 30 days I bet you that there’s gonna be another stipulation and that money will not be released to you. Don’t waste your time.

4. 1/5Poor Customer Support and Unfair Account Restrictions

   I had a very frustrating experience with OKX. After using the platform and completing verification with the same documents I had previously provided, I was suddenly told that their system could not verify my identity. I contacted support multiple times over more than a week. Every representative gave the same response: they would “escalate” the issue. However, nobody followed up, nobody provided a solution, and no one seemed able to explain what the actual problem was. After spending days trying to resolve the issue, I received an email informing me that my account would be restricted, I would no longer be able to trade, and that I had only 14 days to withdraw my funds. This was extremely concerning, especially considering I had a significant amount of money on the platform. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer support was disappointing. If you’re going to restrict a customer’s account, at least provide a clear explanation and a real path to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.

   I had some issues with the trading bot but I love the app so much I always use it, ultimately I.gave seen some good option into the trading not that make me fall in love, just today I realize I can even change my take profit with the bot active, thank you team OKEx, I hope you guys implement more option for the bot, I would like to be able to put the entry price instead of instant or RSi option. The best in town love it Update the app is the best I ever use so far I wish they had create the wallet earlier and offer all those good airdrop, the pass is the pass, let see the furure, the wallet is having issues with the confirmation or signature, I can not sign message for transaction because it say on the screen. Please fix that this is the only problem love it ….

   Pls this latest update is not good for my phone. The wallet crashes whenever I tried to open it. It's not loading wallet instead it will close automatically. Pls just go correct the latest version bcos there is no need giving me a support link to contact u. I've been using OKX for many years but this version is wrong so just go and correct it and give us a new update so we can update to ur amended version. Thank you

   I'm to the point of closing my account do to I can't withdraw at all an I have funds to withdraw but I'm not getting any help from a human I hate talking to AI bots all I want is my money withdrawal to my bank account witch I have connected an it fails so far I hate this app

   This app does make me lose time when i try to verify my identity each time. Though my internet connection is stable and i verified same using ping test. The app shows a message Ensure connection is stable before using google service.
