5/5Very easy to use!
This app is probably one of the best medical facilities apps I’ve got. I can check and keep track of all my upcoming appointments, all my Doctors, and sign up for both email notifications of appointment reminders and test results or answers to short messages I’ve sent to my Provider. if new messages or billing statements. I like having the ability to send a short message to my Doctors offices. I get a reply usually within 2-3 hrs. not the next day, as is the case when I call other Doctors after about 2:00 PM. After I have a test ran, I usually get the results in a matter of hours, and am notified by email that I have a new test result. During this Pandemic, I have video visits with the Doctor. They are very interested in how I am, and ask more questions about my health than they ask at a real visit, where they can see things for themselves. I never feel rushed, and I am always told to be sure and call their office if I need anything. This app is very easy to navigate, and I’ve had no issues with it at all, since downloading it in 2018. It has updates just like all my other apps. Great app! John T.

5/5My chart app
I enjoy being able to keep in contact this way with my doctors when I need a refill. It makes it a lot easier than trying to call somebody or get a hold of somebody. This way the messages get sent straight to the doctor to get the refill that I need for medication’s and also if I have any issues or questions it is great because I can ask these questions right on this app. I really enjoy using it and I hope they keep using it. And the doctors at OSU and staff are very respectful, polite, caring, and they always answer in a timely fashion. Sometimes we may think it’s not fast enough, but we also have to realize they have a lot of patience. But I am so very grateful for every doctor that I have that is at OSU. They time you honestly listen to what you have to say as a patient. And try to give you the best answer they can thank God for the MyChart and thank God for these doctors, nurses and staff member at OSU for everything they do

5/5Convenient
I am so thankful for this app. I can request appointments on the app. Once confirmed I can send to my calendar. I get reminders of upcoming appointments. I know my test results the same day or next day, but usually before my primary care doctor has reviewed it. I can request refills through the app and ask questions to any doctor on the network. Also, since I am not from Columbus and still learning how to navigate one street to the next I can use the app to give me step by step instructions/directions. The last thing I enjoy about the app is I can check in upon arrival to an appointment or cancel an appointment right from my phone.

4/5OSU My Chart Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
OSU MyChart is a fantastic tool and one of the most convenient resources available for managing your healthcare. It makes communicating with your doctors easy and allows you to check upcoming appointments, view lab results, request referrals, schedule appointments, and access important medical information anytime from your phone, tablet, or computer. I appreciate being able to find answers to many of my questions without having to call the office or make an extra trip. Everything is organized, accessible, and user-friendly. The convenience and peace of mind it provides are invaluable. Thank you, OSU, for offering such an excellent tool to help patients stay connected and informed about their healthcare. I highly recommend OSU MyChart to anyone receiving care through OSU. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

3/5MyChart should communicate across all platforms
I find that when I update things in the app, they don’t populate everywhere they should. Updating seems like a waste of time because of that. Why does the app offer the “I’m here” functionality when it does nothing? If I’ve paid my co-pay and nothing has changed about my address since the last time I visited and I know where to go for my appointment, why can’t I proceed to my appointment location? I have to also check in there. Seems to me like a lot of checking in! Last week I had an appointment in one location and a follow-up the next day in another location and had to do the check-in all over again and asked if my address is still the same. I feel like saying, “I didn’t move overnight.” Seems very inefficient.
