1. 5/5Lost coverage due to system Screen white on app

   I find this very odd i tried to make my payment on the 4th of July from 8am till 1130pm basically all darn day and the system wouldn’t allow me to make the payment the screen would turn white each time so they cancelled me and now what’s even more strange is I have never heard of a company that lets you reinstate but you have to wait 2-5 days for their decision after you have paid the reinstatement fees and drive around without no insurance meanwhile they make a decision so in the mean time if I’m in a accident I’m screwed because we have to drive to work to pay bills and rent in this cheap world we live in ha if I’m wrong please someone correct me

2. 5/5Definitely Worth It/ Great way to save

   My first time trying this app and I am very impressed with my results and how quickly I received them. After seeing the bad reviews I was nervous but seeing that my car has legit insurance and I got a policy number, I will be recommending this app to friends and family.

3. 1/5Take your business elsewhere

   Nothing that was offered through this company was more affordable or cheaper than anything offered by others elsewhere. I got quotes from local places for $1300 foot 6 months, and this app gave me quotes for $599 down and total cost up to $5000, for the same coverage. Not only that, but it was asking me to include/exclude cars and people who have never lived at my address. Update: Based on their response, they claim that the prices seen came straight from the companies that offer them. As I already stated, I got offers from other brokers, as well as from many of the companies in question directly for much less. These were confirmed rates using my exact information — just as this broker claims to do. So not only was this broker’s response a lie, but it is also a clear representation of predatory practices.

   I love the fact that they give you flex options to pay with a lower deposit or even a zero deposit. It’s way better than Hugo where they are constantly charging you and increasing your rate… however I had a quote and I was waiting for my son to get off of work so he could send the money and I can start the quote and then as soon as I went on there, they made me sign back in and redo everything and gave me a higher quote. Which kind of just jammed me up again.

5. 1/5I would like my money back

   To my understanding I thought I was going to be paying monthly payments not weekly or bi weekly payments of $211 you got to be out of your mind. I have tried to get a refund since I found out and they will not answer the phones I spent $109 and want my money back this is ridiculous I called finnaly someone answered and I asked for my refund and they refuse to give me one even though I tried to get a refund before the application had even went through they scammmed me out of my money and I am pregnant and cannot afford for this to happen
