   Such a beautifully simplified app, does exactly what it’s suppose to do with a user friendly interface! The customer service aspect highly exceeded my expectations, so friendly, so helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and so FAST when responding to any questions,concerns, or any information I requested; with that said, I’ve only ever used the live chat option to reach customer service, I’ve never needed to speak to anyone on the phone because just using the chat was so simple and I got all the answers I was looking for. The insurance itself is straight to the point, you don’t have to feel like they are not telling you everything you need to know, or worrying about some hidden costs/fees/or worse, finding out when you go to file a claim after an accident that you don’t have the coverage for something specific you were told you did have upon signing up for your policy. Not with Just Insure, it’s so simple, it’s AFFORDABLE, honest, and straightforward, I’m extremely happy I found them when I did, Thanks guys!

   First things first it’s almost 600$ to even open your account and get it running for the month. Also I got lied to saying they offered SR22s. Anyway Well when I opened a new account, I got a random charge from the insure app like 20 minutes after making the account. I open the app to see it was actively charging me for driving but i was passenger with my mom. Well found out they have a location tracker so if I’m in a vehicle and they assume I’m driving they charge me. Well I called the company trying to get refunded and I had to show them proof I wasn’t driving. Ended up on a rude long call with a very unprofessional worker trying to get the 45$ they charged me back into my account because I was not driving. Well I Ended up finding out they don’t even offer sr22s and I got lied to. I tried to cancel my subscription after paying all that money. Finally got ahold of the manger who was rude. Argued for about 20 more minutes then they refunded the money back to me beside like 79 because I had there insurance still for 2 days and they were going to charge me for driving with my mom still even though I was the passenger. Whatever fine. Well the next day they charge my bank 125$ for the next month. I called them and they were so disrespectful saying they weren’t refunding it. I hung up called my bank, showed the bank proof and got refunded. A year later it was on my collections saying I owe them. Anyways it’s off my collections now after getting people involved but they are such a big waste of time and a huge scam. FFF THIS INSURANCE COMPANY, don’t waste your time or your money.

   This insurance is ok but the way the app tracks miles is a bit annoying so before there was an option to click a “start tracking” button for when you drive so the app can track your miles but now that has been discontinued in the app so the only tracking is auto detect which is ok but if you are not driving be aware the app will still charge you unless you go to the setting and turn off auto track which is annoying since you have to do that every time you are not driving. I’ve also had a problem where I had the option turned off not knowing it was the only way to track miles I was waiting for my odometer photo to verify which took over 24hrs and only after I called they told me I had the auto track option off and the miles I drove within the 24hrs of me not knowing I had the option turned off will be counted as “untracked miles” which will be overcharged for them being untracked and I was told there was nothing they could do about it a simple fix would have been to add the extra miles I drove unknowingly untracked but no I will still have to pay extra money on my next odometer photo even though I did not know about the policy change within the app. Just be careful insuring with this app because it can be tricky and any accidental mess up’s will not be fixed and you will have to deal with it.

4. 3/5Did your daily rate double?

   When I found this insurance company I was so excited. I don’t drive that many miles so it’s perfect for me. It’s a new way, a better way to have legal coverage for your vehicle. What I am wondering is …. Does anyone else feel like a Ginny pig? I had an auto policy with Just Insure for a few months and out of no where I was told they could not obtain my credit report. When I contacted the credit agencies they said there should be no problem getting your report. They doubled my daily rate and raised my per mile charge. I kept asking several times and got the same answer….we couldn’t get your credit report so your rates went up. When I started the policy no mention of needing my credit report. Why 6 months later do they suddenly need my credit report? My next 3 months they lowered the daily rate , mileage stayed the same. Now the next three months the daily rate doubles again. They say oh but your per mile charge went down. I am very frustrated with this. I fear the greed of money will destroy the best thing to happen to car insurance. I need your help if you are a client as well of Just Insure tell me if you are going threw the same thing. Did your rates double?

5. 3/5App needs improvement; insurance works for me

   I don’t drive much. I work from home, groceries are delivered. I drive down the street to my mailbox, to my sisters house sometimes & sometimes to the store. The insurance pricing is reasonable, especially for someone in my situation. Doesn’t make sense to pay $200-$400 on insurance when i only drive about 5 miles per month lol. I need one thing on the app to be improved though. For the most part, the app works well & is simple. But submitting odometer photos is difficult because the zoom on the in-app camera is practically useless. I can’t get my phone behind my steering wheel or angled right to get the pic. I have to stay on my side of the wheel & it always comes out distant, small and blurry. iPhones have great cameras but this app is worse than the original snapchat camera. They really need to fix this. Add a tap-to-focus, exposure adjustments and a further zoom. Then I can submit photos that are clear and legible. I marked stars down because I’ve mentioned this to the team in the app who said they would forward this to development team, it’s been more than a year and it’s a very simple improvement to do.
