1. 5/5Password Reset And Payment Method Issue

   I love everything about the app, except recently, I have been facing a problem with this password reset, just after resetting my password and logging in into the app, it logs out after a few minutes, and when I try to log back in, it says my password has expired and I should reset it, and I have done that over 8 times, and it keeps doing the same. Also, about my payment method, there is a pop up error that says, “Payment Method is not available for this order”, if I choose tabby at checkout, I have no debts to be paid to tabby too, but this keeps happening. Kindly please fix this problem as soon as possible, thanks.

2. 1/5Noon stole my money

   I had hundreds of dirhams in my noon wallet. I got an email saying I should use the money within X days or else it will expire. I marked it in my calendar so that I don't lose the money, and went to the site on the last day to use it. But turns out it had already expired 2 days prior to that. When I complained, they essentially just said "tough luck". I escalated, sent screenshots of the email, tried to reason with them and explain that their email misled me, but they don't seem to care. I spoke to a manager, she said she'd get back to me within 1-2 days, and nothing for many weeks. I called back, complained again, was offered empathy and was promised a callback within 1-2 days again with a positive resolution, but again, nothing for more than a month. Today I called back again, and was told the ticket had already been closed last month and the final decision was that they wouldn't return my money to me. Their customer service is a complete joke. They might as well not have a customer care hotline. I bet someone will respond here saying I should email or call them, but there's no point. I've already done that and seen what happens. First they stole my money, then they treated me like an idiot, and they tried to convince me that I can't count the number of days from that email notification. And I had to chase after them, they don't even stick to their SLAs of calling customers back within 1-2 days. And one customer care rep will empathize and reassure you that they'll resolve it positively, then another just shuts down the case and says you won't get anything. I'd strongly recommend to the company that they stick to charging people money for their service, rather than misleading them with emails with wrong information, and then stealing the money from their wallets.

3. 1/5Worst e-shopping experience ever

   Me and my friend ordered a Nintendo Switch same day but couple of hours apart, he got it within 3 days while i still haven’t received it even after more than a week has passed! When contacted customer support they said that they weren’t able to contact me when the phone number was verified and they called me twice! Not only that, they returned it without even contacting me in any way, they could’ve done that by sending an email or calling the number at least 3 times until someone picks up but no they didn’t try. Worst of all is when i was talking to customer support, he said that the product was returned but in the app its self the order is shipped but not delivered and in returns section no request of a return was made no approved request was there. And instead of supplying us with another one with the same price or just sending me the one I ordered, the manager himself told me to order another one thats even more expensive than my previous purchase! Absolutely disgusting. Will never make another off of it.

4. 5/5As bad as scalpers, unethical price gouging

   A retail PlayStation 5 is roughly 2,000 AED. The retail version of FIFA is roughly 350 AED. However, when they are sold as a bundle (which is the only way that noon sells them), the price jumps to 3,800 AED. So noon is inflating the price by 1,500 AED. This is noon the seller not a third party by the way. In fact, they go even further to say this 3,800 AED price represents a 32% discount!!!! Taking advantage that a product is in short supply and raising the price by over 50% and claiming it represents a 32% discount ,while not illegal, is definitely unethical and a very poor business practice. Most other retailers have taken measures to prevent price gouging, but noon apparently sees it as a core business practice.

   Equip the courier with a can of alcohol propane gas there are small cylinder cans in size but has a long lasting use of perhaps over three minutes to empty the can, and that is enough for 50 packages delivered to the customers doorstep. That means every time the courier delivers any package of items to the doorstep he should spray himself with the can from up to down and then spray the customers package all around the package and this way you shall be the best Ironman delivery service and shopping company around the world and every1 will know about u even better. I ask God to accept this deed of advice for me and the family
