   I would like to say that Mohamad Abbas from Ounass customer service, was most kind and polite. He called me after I returned an item to Ounass and listened to me as I made my case for the return of the item. He took down all the facts, understood the situation and I believe was instrumental in my return getting approved. All through the exchange, he was very polite and attentive. He made me believe in Ounass and made me want to become a regular customer. I thank him and Ounass very much 🙏🏻

2. 1/5Delivery not on time and subpar customer service

   Ive now spent more than 7 hours and counting waiting on a delivery because this company can’t seem to keep their promises of when something will be delivered. This has gone on for two days in a row now. And despite requests, they won’t leave my order at the door since I can’t accommodate their inaccurate delivery promises and be a prisoner to my home. Contacted their customer service who spent an hour back and forth in WhatsApp to provide me with no solution whatsoever and never apologized once. And responded with excuses about how their team had too much pressure to be able to respond timely…I understand that they might not be properly staffed so shame on Ounass but also please learn how far a simple “I’m so sorry” can take you. This “luxury” company is disappointing- will order elsewhere in the future since no remedy has been provided.

3. 1/5They Sold me fake shoes from Gucci

   I ordered for the first time from this warehouse a pair of shoes from Gucci, and surprisingly one of them is bigger than the other one. I thought maybe the leather needs some time to shrink or something like that because it is brand new. However, It didn't. So I had to email them a detailed email about the problem and they replied with questions I already answered in my email. I told them there's nothing wrong with my right foot. It's just your fake shoe, Can you replace it with the same size. After that email, they never answered again. It was my first order and it'll be my last one. I had to tell all my friends to stop buying expensive stuff to not face the same destiny that I faced, and I'm telling you guys to be careful. They don't care but you have to be careful with these people.

4. 1/5Luxury Prices, Unprofessional Service

   My experience with Ounass was extremely disappointing and highly unprofessional. My order was delayed for more than 10 days, despite repeated promises that it would arrive before my travel date. Unfortunately, those promises were never fulfilled. I escalated the issue multiple times hoping for a resolution, but instead of solving the problem, I continued receiving repetitive responses and delays until I was ultimately forced to cancel my order. Throughout the process, customer service continuously asked me for the same information over and over again ,including my passport details, importer number (رقم المستورد), and verification documents ,each time claiming the delay was due to “missing information.”I repeatedly explained that registration on the Fasah platform (منصة فسح) is done .Every time they claimed I was not registered or that my importer number was incorrect, I personally contacted customs (الجمارك) to verify and obtain the correct number again, only to be told once more by Ounass that I needed to register on Fasah again or that the importer number was wrong. This endless misinformation and lack of coordination caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and major delays. Communication was extremely poor, responses were slow, and there was clearly no coordination between departments. My final call with manager Ahmad was extremely disappointing, as he blamed me for the issue instead of taking responsibility for the repeated delays and poor handling of my order, despite the fact that I had already submitted all requested information multiple times. For a luxury platform that claims to offer premium service, this level of disorganization, delay, poor communication, and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not the level of service customers should expect from Ounass.

   Flawless app experience and amazing 2 hour delivery service. Would be great if you could list makeup items once and then have us choose the color instead of listing every color as a separate item. Really hard to select/compare colors for lipsticks and foundations that way.
