Dear AlNhadi, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding a glitch in the online system that has been persisting for some time now. On multiple occasions, I have placed an online order for a product and selected the pharmacy from which I would collect it. Unfortunately, there has been a significant delay in the order request reaching the pharmacy in a timely manner. From a customer's perspective, this is a major flaw in the system, and I have been informed that it has not been fully addressed yet. When I contacted customer service regarding this issue, I was informed that the delay was due to updates being made to the system and ongoing IT operations. I must express my disappointment with this response, as it is common practice to thoroughly test updates on the development environment before deployment. It is evident that testing was rushed in this case, resulting in a significant impact on the customer experience. Neither the given justification nor the technical glitch should have occurred in the first place. It is disheartening to encounter such repeated problems over the course of six weeks, affecting numerous customers. I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this issue and prevent any further delays or glitches from occurring. The app has saved me from stopping by the pharmacy I always use it, although the app is slow and freezes a lot.

Hi there is a lot of products in Nahdi Pharmacy the app is good but it’s a little bit sluggish and the text need to be bigger and the navigation of the app should be smoother. One more thing it need to be set clear either Pickup or Home delivery. It is preset to pick up. Then when you try to pay you discovered it’s a pick up not home delivery it’s not visible from the start . choosing pick up or home delivery should be at the end at the Payment time first page is wrong.

So I have a problem that happened to me for the first time. I made an online order on the 22nd of dec 2024 and I haven’t received my order and I have even contacted the WhatsApp and sent an email about my case but no response and my money have been taken also and when I try to track my order isn’t not in the app as if I didn’t made the order but on my email it’s showing I made an order… bad experience..

The app is excellent but it lacks two majour points: 1. Ordering online system is weak. Sometimes your order is not updated for hours and when you call they really dont see your order clearly. I still have open orders from the last six months in the app. 2. While you order according to open delivery slits, they are never on time and always late.
