"body": "The problem with this app is that you already need to be an expert at knowing the NYC subway system in order to use it. But if you’re just standing on a random street corner and you want to know how to get from your current location to somewhere else, it won’t tell you where the nearest subway station is and it certainly won’t even tell you how to walk to the nearest subway station. It basically just shows you the subway lines, but trying to get to the subway or navigating the subway is up to you.",

"body": "This app is ok for general information but doesn’t account for weekend schedule variables or provide track closure and maintenance updates. We were rerouted several times for closure and construction not known by the app and wasted much of our time. Better to use an app that is updated since track closures and weekend changes will likely impact travel frequently.",
