1. 5/5Had doubts, but it’s actually decent

   I had doubts after reading all the negative reviews, but this service is actually not that bad. You will want to *call*, not message, the customer service to get in touch with someone. But they are actually pretty helpful. That’s why I’m giving 5 stars. *That said*, keep in mind that the main thing you are typically paying for with this service is a form of insurance in case you miss a connecting flight. They offer cheap prices because you are usually taking flights on multiple, different airlines. Then you pay a premium in case one of those flights gets delayed and you miss a connecting flight. If you are not interested in the insurance, you can book the separate flights yourself without paying the premium.

2. 1/5Lack of credibility

   I came late to the airport, and the receptionist told me that I came late, so I must contact the website I used to book the plane ticket. I called the “my trip” contact number and they answered me after a quarter of an hour. The lady told me that I could change my trip to tomorrow, but I had to pay an amount. I agreed, and later that day another person from the same phone number called me and told me that I had to pay another amount. Due to the delay that occurred before the flight was changed (the lady was speaking to me on the phone for more than 20 minutes), I agreed to pay the required amount, and then he sent me a reservation ticket for the plane. On the second day, when I was supposed to take the flight, the receptionist told me that the ticket reservation had not been made and that I should contact the site that I used for the reservation. I called the site and they called me back after 53 minutes, and as it was late, the gate had closed and they would not receive any more. Travelers. The person spoke to me for 3 minutes and told me we will call you later (they did not call me) and thus I wasted two days of my vacation to travel and I do not know if there will be more days that will be lost + money wasted on transportation and this stupid site (no offense). No compensation was paid and their customer service is not satisfactory and you have to wait for about an hour

3. 1/5Lousy Customer Service

   I had to give them one star to be able to write this review but I will give them NEGATIVE 10 stars. They have a SUPER LOUSY customer service. They are bunch of POLIT!!!! LIARS. They made a mistake on spelling my name and my request was the name correction. I called them 13 times (so far) and spent over total of over 10 hours as well as sending bunch of emails. They keep repeating the same things over and over again and saying it is responsibility of the airline. Also some of the representatives said that they escalate the issue and will contact me within 24 to 48 hours, but they never did. I contacted the airline numerous times and they said the travel agency has to send an email requesting the correction. I even did a 3 way call with the airline as well as the travel agency representative but the agency’s representatives keep lying and don’t cooperate. Through one of the conversations I realized that there is a possibility of receiving a fine or some kind of negative points from the airline. I believe that is the main reason for such lousy service. I suggest purchasing No tickets from them even if they are offering 50% or more discount. LOUSY and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

4. 1/5DO NOT USE!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

   I booked a trip through this site. I accidentally booked the wrong dates (not their fault) however I specifically payed extra to be able to change my flight free of cost. I realized my mistake, and went to change my flight. There is no way to do this on the website. I waited an hour for them to pick up on the single customer service line, just for them to tell me there was nothing they could do and I had to call the airline. I call the airline and cancel through them. I check my mytrips two weeks later and I haven’t gotten my money back and my trip has not been canceled with them. I call again. They tell me they can’t cancel it again and to call the airline. I tell them I already have and so then they say they can cancel it but only for a 45$ fee because the 35$ I already paid for changes doesn’t cover cancellations. Plus non refundable taxes. Save yourself time and money and PLEASE do not use this site. Such a nightmare. Would give 0 stars if possible.

5. 1/5Awful experience, incredible pain and inconvenience

   The MyTrip app and booking experience was terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. First, their check in process did not work. It will tell you they’re checking in, then 20 minutes later the check in fails. It asked me for documents and passport information, then retried (why didn’t it ask for that the first time?). Then it failed again and told me to do it manually. Because they cannot handle what a middle name is and combine it with your first name, airlines will not allow you to check in until you figure this out. Another 30 minutes wasted, thank god I started early or would have missed my flight. They did not add my known traveler number, so don’t expect to be prechecked, and they do not offer any way to add it. Want to change or cancel? Want an agent to help you? That’ll be a 45 dollar charge on top of any airline fees. This company is a scam and will make you miserable, not worth any convenience or savings they claim to offer.
