Very poor. I’ve tried a few times, including at home, so it is not related to my internet connection, but updating the personal information form continually crashes. Just going to have to fill it out when I get to the appointment because the app is not functionally.

1/5Slow to load/glitches/resets
I spent a substantial about of time filling out HPI forms only for them to be deleted when I attempt to submit them. I have not left the page for any extended period of time while filling out forms but when attempting to submit forms it returns to the sign in page and deletes all of my previous work. Very frustrating. The app is also very slow to load anything often requiring you to close the app and reopen it. While typing information it will often not allow you to see everything you are typing and will force you to delete information you’ve type in order to get to the end of your sentence. If you have to add any additional information you might have to add it to the beginning of your sentence in order to avoid deleting what you’ve already written.

I’ve been trying to open the clinical intake forms in documents and it doesn’t open or load. It’s slow and I have to close the app to open it back up again.
