2/5Too many logout’s
This app is horrible when you try to switch between the app and incentives or Express Scripts, it doesn’t stay logged in. I can’t move from incentive to incentive. There is only basic information available in the app and hard to get to details, especially in the EOB‘s. Not easily searchable either. it is so much easier to go straight to the web with more features than it is to try to use this app. This app is extremely frustrating. I have logged in three times in the last five minutes.

3/5Missing Billing Information
The app has good features for pharmacy, deductible etc. But there is a glaring miss which is that there is no billing/payment information at all in the app. Only a feature to arrange a payment. Nothing on payment history or current payment status or payment due date. I’ve used other insurance apps and all have the billing features. I am very surprised that this app doesn’t have any of these. Forces a call into the help line just to know basic payment status and history information.

2/5Clunky payment system and navigation
After entering my payment info twice to set up auto payments, system still won’t charge me. The explanation is “we’re still getting things set up”. Now I have to monitor whether my premium is paid and will likely have to manually make payments monthly because of non- functioning features. Took forever to figure out where to find my outstanding balance. Should be in the dashboard.

I really don’t understand the other reviewers. I downloaded the app and have been using it and it is so user-friendly. It is one of the best medical apps I have ever used. I would seriously stay with my medical plan just so I could use this app. Thank you for making an app user-friendly for us old generation, pencil and paper generation.

1/5Works great – up to the sign in page
I attempt to use my Health spring app on an iPhone 15. It will open nicely and give me an opportunity to go to the sign in page. Then it opens up a page that has absolutely no information on it, no opportunities to sign in, nothing! A blank page is all you get. And that is as far as you can get. There is no sign in or any other information. I always have to go to my browser to sign in and get my medical information.
