2/5Unsuitable for non Residents of Turkey
Tried to,register for it to use it. Asked me for my TKN and my Turkish Phone number. I don’t have a Turkish phone number. And I don’t know what a TKN is, so I probably don’t have one

1/5Useless for foreigners, also unstable
Cants be used to buy tickets if one is not a Turkish citizen (why bother with the english version?) Of course the app is so buggy one can manage to actually fill out a ticket purchase form, which helpfully returns a raw sql error. Wouldn’t want to put personally identifiable info in the app even if it were possible for a non-Turk, as it’s incompetent construction is good assurance your data will be hacked eventually.

There are no internet available on Topkapi Palace, where you need this app. There is some “free WiFi”but it doesn’t work either. It is impossible to download the app without WiFi. Even when you able to download it in the hotel you cannot user because it require Turkish phone and TKN. Absolutely terrible experience

1/5The head set or the ear pods for translation
I had really bad experience with your app I couldn’t listen to any of the audios except one after that everything stopped working. I tried many times the internet is only 3G nothing wants to load. I looked at the status than i left the museum really sad bc i didn’t learn anything ☹️

Müzekart kısıtlı yerlerde geçiyor. Geçerli olmayan yerlerde bir iki bilet fiyatı oluyor. Ben öğrenci olarak zorlanıyorum. Müzekart GNS ile de müzekartım mevcut o da Topkapı Sarayı'na geçmediği için müzekart aldım. Yabancı turistlere ücret farklı olsa sevinirim. Uygulama güzel.

Useless for tourists. You have to buy tickets with audio guide included, but there is no way to use this guide. Ticket scan gives you zero museum options and also you can't register without citizen ID. Furthermore if you are a tourist, you may not have internet on the phone, and there is no open WiFi at the museum, even to use the app.

Registration is only available for Turkish citizens. Also the audio guide does not really work with mobile data networks and museums are not equipped with freely available wifi

Of course the app is so buggy one can manage to actually fill out a ticket purchase form, which helpfully returns a raw sql error. Wouldn’t want to put personally identifiable info in the app even if it were possible for a non-Turk, as it’s incompetent construction is good assurance your data will be hacked eventually.",

Ticket scan gives you zero museum options and also you can't register without citizen ID.
