   I was looking for a special express delivery service and downloaded the website on my phone. I dealt with them for the first time 4 years ago and I was completely satisfied and every time I visit Turkey the first thing I do is download the website because I am tempted to change the phone number. During those four years, I generally visit Istanbul every three months, and my daughter resides there. We as a family are very comfortable and reassuring with them and feel reassured and comfortable when they move my daughter with them to any place you want and bring her back from. Sometimes the pressure is great on drivers, and they cannot order all customers, but in general, they try as hard as they can not to let customers down. It is a reliable, safe program, those who work in driving are professionals. I advise everyone to use it and you will not really regret it.

   A taxi driver took us the wrong way when we ordered a ride in İstanbul. Saying the other bridge was full of traffic because a soccer team was playing at that time. The team was playing in Sweden in reality and he took us a round about way that doubled the time and charge. The whole time we could see from google gps and the apps gps that there was no traffic at all over the correct bridge. Since the app doesnt have a fixed price he was able to have a meter charge as evidence when we got the police involved at the hotel. We had to pay him in cash, half what the price should have been and half what the meter said in order to not have to continue the case at the police department. He was still able to put in the request for the charge in the app without us being able to fight it. Ive deleted the app and my card from it so the scammer cannot get even more money.

   Even though the app calculates your route and follows where you go via GPS, it still has the driver manually enter the fee at the end of the ride, so the driver can still try to rip you off. The whole point of an app like this is that it simplifies the task of getting a taxi and thwarts dishonest cab drivers. Until the entire trip is handled automatically within the app, including all aspects of metering, charging, and payment, so that the driver can’t manipulate the fee, there isn’t really a difference between being scammed by a taxi driver and being scammed by a taxi driver who uses this app. Uygulama rotanızı hesaplasa ve GPS aracılığıyla nereye gittiğinizi takip etse de, sürücünün yolculuğun sonunda ücreti manuel olarak girmesine izin veriyor, böylece sürücü yine de sizi dolandırmaya çalışabilir.    Beret Y 34 TET 61 This driver scammed us. The driver said the credit card machine through the Bitaksi app wasn’t working so he asked us to let him run our card in his machine he had with him. To do that, we had to change our payment method to “pay with cash” on the app. We should have insisted that if we were to say that, we’d pay with cash, but in addition to the language barrier, he was very insistent that he not take cash. I figured it was a weird legal thing maybe, but he had to run our card three times before it worked. I got a text message from my bank the second we got out of the taxi saying my card had been attempted twice for $300 (and declined both times). So he only ended up getting the appropriate fare amount of around $6, but I had to have my card canceled due to the fraud attempts. The app should allow you to report a driver, but I couldn’t figure out how. The app also does not let you do anything other than leave a review for the driver, but once you’ve left a review, you can’t change it.

5. 1/5DO NOT USE!! DRIVERS SCAM!!

   My cousin sent me a taxi through this app the driver showed up within 1 min. Upon arrival he tells me NO ENGLISH! And shows me the gps destination I tell him ok and yes. We get near and he’s still few blocks away and it’s wet and raining out lightly and he says no more pay now!! Starts to demand money I told him it’s been paid through the app and to call my cousins number that’s on the app he refuses and signals that he can’t call anyone through the app and the whole time keeps the meter running. Then he drives off with me to the Main Street stops in front of Naz Hotel and I ole with him to let me go out and find someone who can translate he agrees. I found 2 people who speak English and both refused to help. Eventually one employee from the hotel gives me the wifi so I called my cousins and they came within 8 mins just as the police came. In the end we were forced to pay this CROOK 100 when it was only meant to be 79 and we were away from our destination. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS APP DRIVERS WILL SCAM YOU!!! THEY’LL ACT STUPID TAKE WRONG ROUTES ANYTHING THEY CAN DO TO SCAM YOU!! DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!
