1/5Print paper tickets!?
We are traveling in Europe and booked a bus from Southern England to Heathrow. Once we booked and paid, the app requires a ticket-holders to download and PRINT their ticket! How 1990’s. It’s 2026. Everyone uses mobile apps. What an absolute stupid policy.

5/5Quick, convenient, friendly private shuttle!
I received a call from our driver, Cornell Y, upon arrival. He was waiting for us steps away from baggage claim at the airport. He was very friendly and accommodating and gave us lots of information about the area, attractions, Port Everglades, etc. We were at the hotel in minutes!

1/5Save your money!!
My flight was cancelled and so my arrival time had changed. I called multiple times and no one answers. Then I emailed them and no one responded. Finally after 2 hours of calling a customer service rep answers. I told her that my flight was canceled and my arrival time had changed. She responded, “ yeah we know, you emailed us.” She said that it had been changed. Guess what??? No one picked us up from the airport and it really was devastating. It was after midnight and the car rental places were closed. Terrible company.
