I was excited to join Mercuryo since the UI/UX seems intuitive compared to other platforms I have tried. The mobile app looks great too. However, Mercuryo does not allow user to reupload documents for re-verification procedure and this is a HUGE down side. Users need to contact customer support themselves to resolve the issue. As for me, I submitted a passport issued by an unsupported country. It failed the self-verification. They said I needed to contact customer support directly. I had want to resubmit a US residence permit since I’m working in the US. They didn’t look into it and even deleted my message.

Hey I’ve been using this app for a while now and I think that for them to come out with a app is going to be one of the most useful things and would recommend to any that even use bitcoin I’m telling you now.

I have been using the Mercuryo app for several months, so far there have been no problems. No one does anything on my account without my knowledge, everything is fair. At first, the training materials and customer support were very helpful.
