   CoinMe looks good in purchasing and withdrawing bitcoin instantly (trading). But yet your company, websites and app claims your fees are low. I honestly got shocked when I lost $400+ in purchasing $2,700 of bitcoin and sending to another wallet address, I couldn’t find this reasonable. I like the app as it’ll be very convenient, pleasant and useful for your customers if you strengthen your (in app purchases and it’s fee) put legit computerized miners (blockchain) to automatically calculate fees when purchasing/sending out. Sensibly fees should be automatically charged in every transaction with the help of (fees calculator or other useful options like (increase/lower fees). Most apps get lost and steal money from fees cutovers don’t understand. Please work on this issue.

2. 1/5Bunch of criminals.

   Don’t use their Services, don’t are liars, I bought bitcoin with them for $380 dollars and when I wanted to create an account so that I can redeem my bitcoins, they didn’t let me create account and after contacting them for so many days they replied me and told me that they are going to work on it and they didn’t get back to me for over a week and when I contacted them again they told me that I will not be able to create an account with them and they said that they are going to mail my check to my mail and send me a tracking number but before they do that, my case will be forwarded to accounting department for review which will last for 15-30 business days and if account department approved my case my money will be mail back to me. I waited for 3 weeks and they later emailed me and told me that account department have approved my case and a check will be mail to me between 7-10 business days. And then I started waiting again and after 7 working business days again I contacted them and that’s when they replied me and told me that very day that my check have been prepared and it will be mailed to me that very day which would take 3-5 business days to arrive to me and if it does not arrive to me after 30 days then I should contact them again and since then they didn’t send me the check they promised me and they didn’t reply me back. I have contacted them everywhere but they don’t reply me. They were just giving me unnecessary hopes, they are scammers and they will take your hard earn money don’t buy bitcoin on their machine or create accounts with them. I have learn my lessons from them.

   Stay away from Coinme! They will steal your money! I purchased some LTC, immediately sent it to another wallet, and they only sent a very small portion of the amount I purchased - and my balance is at $0. I am an accountant and I purchase and transfer LTC regularly so I know what I am doing and what I am talking about. I submitted a ticket and the asinine response I received was because of the market value at the time yet market rates are easily verified and there was no drop in rate even close to what would account for the money they stole from me! There is no customer service and their “chat” option is with a bot. They claim to be able to transfer you to a human agent but they transfer you to a form that doesn’t even give an option to leave comments. Then, after a few days someone will respond and then they mark the issue as resolved. Their customer service doesn’t even understand what virtual currency is - good luck with getting a resolution to any issues you have. Go to the BBB - there are hundreds of other complaints just like mine! These people are dishonest scammers hiding behind the computer! Stay away! Hopefully the authorities get involved after we get a group of dissatisfied customers together and fight to get our money back! Stay away!

4. 1/5STAY AWAY! Will Take Your Money

   I want to leave this review to let everyone know to stay far away from this app. All the replies by Coinme to the 1 star reviews are just for show. They have the worst customer service and will not respond! I’ve had a case open since November of last year for $400 that they took from me and they haven’t responded once. I then filed with the Better Business Bureau and they wouldn’t respond to them either, so the BBB had to close my case with them. Two weeks ago I opened a second case about my open first case and they have yet to respond to that one either. There are better companies to use, do not use Coinme. They will take your money and do nothing to help you get it back. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I see the developer responded on where to go to get help with an issues on their site. Apparently they didn’t read my review as I know where to go. I have 2 cases open with you, the issues are your lack of response (literally zero response), the fact that you took my money 93 days ago & still have my money.

   DO NOT USE COINME. They straight-up stole my money and now I can’t even log into my account. I had deposited several thousand dollars worth of crypto through Coinme, thinking it was a legitimate service. Everything seemed fine at first. Then one day I tried to access my account and… nothing. Login fails every single time. Password reset? Doesn’t work. Support email? Crickets. Their app and website both act like my account never existed. After days of trying to get help, I finally got some useless automated response saying there was “suspicious activity” on my account. Suspicious? The only suspicious thing is how quickly my funds disappeared. I have transaction records showing my money went in, but now it’s all gone with zero explanation. No withdrawal on my end. No transfer. Just poof – stolen. This company is a joke. Their customer support is nonexistent – no phone number that actually connects to a human, chat support that gives copy-paste nonsense, and they clearly have zero interest in helping real customers. Feels like a classic exit scam or inside job. I’ve filed complaints with every regulator I can find and I’m exploring legal action because this is outright theft. If you’re thinking about using Coinme, save yourself the headache and potential financial ruin. There are plenty of other legitimate platforms out there. Coinme took my hard-earned money and locked me out completely. Zero stars. Stay far away. Never again.

   worst ever crypto app been a user for year i dont care that its convenient you will regret it as soon as you realize this. go to your coin star deposit your coins ask for cash get your cash at the register and live a happy life STAY AWAY!

   locked me out of my account have not returned my money this place is the biggest scam do not use this app for crypto purchases sales wallet anything. CROOK'S and good luck trying to get a hold of a live representative it doesn't happen
