   Alma totally exceeded my expectations!! She spent so much time with me and my picky self finding just the right outfit. I felt like I was taking up way too much of her time, but she assured me I wasn’t. I would have been irritated with me if I was the stylist. Lol I didn’t like the first set of outfits that I got, but that’s because of the way I answered the questionnaire in the beginning. Side note, I think the questionnaire should let you pick more than one style. Alma really listened to me. I’m going to Florida next month and I am sorely lacking in casual, cute outfits. I wanted Caprice. I also told her I really needed tops. She found the Capri jeans and sent me an outfit she put together. And because I’m so picky, I didn’t Like the top. She sent me two more to choose and I loved one of them. AFTER she had put the whole outfit together, I asked if she could change the sandals. I liked the sandals she matched with the outfit. But I forgot to mention that I needed a strap on the back. I think at that point I would’ve dropped me. Lol She sent me THREE to choose from. Talk about a patient stylist!! I ended up picking one of those and they were only $20!! Alma asked my budget and found me the cutest outfit and the best deal ever! I actually ended up buying two of the Capri jeans. I am so happy with the outfit she picked out and the price!! if you can request a stylist, I highly highly recommend Alma! She deserves more than fire stars! Thank you Alma! You are so very kind and helpful! I hope I can request you again.

   This you in with promises that it’ll change your life in the wardrobe if you’re plus size but then will you sign up for the app it doesn’t even go up to a size 18 and it starts with a size 2. Not only did I waste my time. Downloading the app, but I almost lost five dollars. I requested a refund back from the company and when they didn’t give me when I actually got one back from The bank. That’s how god-awful it is. They don’t even deserve five dollars or even $.50 of my heart on her money for scamming people. I suggest you delete the app ASAP if you download it and if you’re thinking about downloading it please don’t. I actually got together with some of my friends, one of which was a lawyer to see if there is anything they can do legally about this app scamming people. I will say they do have a good marketing plan, but it’s totally opposite what you get when you this garbage. Please don’t drink the Kool-Aid or believe the hype. Customer Service is awful, the app and graphics are choppy at best and most of any advertisement that you see does not hold up when you actually get to the app. If I said this was a total waste of time, would be putting it lightly. The only reason I’m making a review is because my best friend actually downloaded the app and didn’t see the reviews and if this could save anybody from getting duped like we did, then it’s well worth the review. I will actually give it no stars, but iTunes doesn’t allow that. Please just delete it from the app catalogue.

   They took my money and told me that I would be receiving a curated wardrobe within x amount of time. Because I was just trying it out. I went ahead and canceled any future payments so I can see whether or not I like it. Something very common and the subscription world. While canceling, it does not tell you that any services you previously paid for will not be provided. So to my surprise when I never received my season capsule, Customer Service told me that because my account was not “active” even though it said my month was over August 3rd, and there’s a no money back policy, essentially they took my money without providing the services I paid for without warning me that canceling Wood omit them from doing their job. I never write reviews, but this really p’ed me off. When people pay for services and you don’t provide it, when the terms and conditions are, the front of the excuses made to not give people what they paid for, that makes you a thief. Do not trust this company with your money. Customer Service told me I needed an active account in order to receive what I paid for, so when I went to go activate my account they took out another month and wouldn’t refund that amount. I highly doubt I’ll ever see anything from this company come my way. I will be calling my bank and disputing any transactions. If I do not receive at least one of the services I paid for on the two months they took from me.

4. 2/5Waste of money - but they have good marketing

   I don’t understand how stylists can make clothing recommendations without ever seeing what I look like. They have no idea what colors look good on me. They have no idea what styles would look good on my body shape. All of the conversation that I had with the initial stylist felt very ChatGPT like. If I just wanted to browse clothes on H&M‘s website, I could have done that myself. The best part about this app is your marketing department. Your advertising made this sound like it was a very unique and exciting idea. I was super excited to pay the subscription price to meet an actual stylist who would give me genuine recommendations. The “monthly session“ is nothing more than a chat via text through the app which feels like you are conversing with ChatGPT. It’s not a phone call, or a FaceTime video for the stylist to see what you actually look like. You are chatting with a bot. My negative review has nothing to do with the price, because I was extremely willing to pay it. So they got me for the first month and yes, it was a waste of money, but I’m not upset about it. If you are able to search up a specific style on Pinterest and get many pins displayed to you with outfit ideas, that is exactly what this app will do. But you can do it for free on Pinterest. If you have absolutely zero idea how to Google or search on Pinterest, then sure, you can give this a try and waste your money.

5. 2/5Buyer Beware

   I see most of the reviews here are about the stylists you meet with. I’d say be sure to read everything you can on the app and any user agreement you get. Know that your clothing is coming from many different stores, in many shipments. It does not come in 1 box from LUMI. They are difficult to track and do not arrive all at the same time. In my case, it was nearly a month between meeting with my stylist and my last item arriving. Know that you won’t receive a refund if items you selected are out of stock at a store. Instead, LUMI will give you a certificate to purchase something else from their website, and the certificate will be not be the exact amount you are owed. Also know that unless you fill out a complete profile with all of your measurements, clothing will arrive that does not fit. My stylist never checked my profile, and I hadn’t completed my measurements. On the phone call though, she assured me that the pants I ordered would be the right length…ummm no…they don’t fit and are about 8” too long. Now I am dealing with LUMI trying to return the items, as there were no directions from the store that sent them to me. It’s been a week, with what seems like AI generated responses each time I ask about where things are with my return and refund? If you are happy with their service, great. If you are new to their service, please read everything and beware.
