   I honestly thought this was going to be an online scam and that their products were going to be cheap and something I would never wear or even fit in. However, I was pleasantly surprised and have shopped here multiple times since my first order. I absolutely love their pants. I have never ordered tops. This will be my first time so I will review those once I get them. But for those if you are looking for high-quality jeans or pants that fit well I trust this company wholeheartedly, and I have not had an issue with them. i’ve have three pairs of jeans, brown pants, a rose color pair of jeans and cargo pants and I love them all. I bought one pair that I did not like the style but the quality was good and they just responded and sent me an email so that I could return them. So even the returns seem easy to do.

2. 5/5iPhone 6 case

   I LOVE my new iPhone case and got it in 12 business, 16 actual days! They advertise 7-10 business days so I was not upset that it took this long, totally worth it !! I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews BUT I contacted customer support that was very helpful and honest and I decided to order an iPhone case to try it out, so glad I did. My things came on time and are exactly what I saw in the photos of what I ordered. Glad I can write a good review for all of the people skeptical because honestly I was too ! Take your chance and just remember it takes a bit longer to get to you because it is coming from China !! Thank you so much for a good experience!!

3. 5/5A bit iffy

   In no way am I trying to be negative but I ordered one item a phone case for my iPhone it came fast correct product shipping information was correct I was very pleased with the first product. So I decided to order an outfit and somehow the shipping information that is already on my account that is correct mysteriously changed when I placed a second order. There is no way I would put in the wrong address when I’ve only shot with this company One time. What I’m saying is please be careful and triple check your shipping information and make sure that it doesn’t automatically change because that’s what happened to me and also I would please advise better contact information that’s not just Facebook. In the customer service when speaking to someone on Facebook messenger is not good customer service. Regards

4. 5/5Update: Cancelled my order with out my consent

   Update: after flamingo team saw my email and review. They reached back and explained what was happening. I received my order today, the materials is so soft and stretchy and fits perfect!!! Thank you so much. I love them. I am upset that I didn’t receive an answer from the Flamingo team customer service. They decided to cancel my order and issue a small refund, not the entire refund. I spend $192 and I was excited to receive my merchandise. I waited for two weeks before reaching out to the Flamingo team customer service, because I didn’t not receive my order. My first encounter with them was, okay. The Flamingo team did advised me that their shipment left early and couldn’t get my order out. However, they said they do understand if I wanted a refund. I told them, no I was willing to wait and I would check back with them in a week if I don’t hear back. A week passes and I reached out again... and I asked once again for a status of my order. The Flamingo team responded with the same answer they gave me last time. So I asked them a simple question, if I were to cancel the order how soon would I expect my refund? Instead of answering my question, they just took it upon them selves to cancel my order and issue a refund with out my consent !! I’m upset because I wanted my merchandise that I paid for $192, and Instead they refunded me $9 and cancelled my order without my consent. The Flamingo team didn’t even answer my question. I emailed the CEO, told her about my experience and I didn’t hear back from her. I’m very dissatisfied. I will not buy again from here and I will surely notify others about my experience.

5. 1/5Horrible customer service and no transparency on shipping.

   I have ordered from them in the past with no issues, however, the last two orders have been a complete debacle! The current order is approaching a whole month AND it still has not had ANY movement on it other than a label that was created. I reached out to their customer service for additional info on the shipment and was met with nothing more than rudeness, snarky comments and sarcasm. Who knew a simple request for shipment status would warrant such a negative response??? I got two different answers for the SAME inquiry. Then the second time around, the CS rep sent me a condescending message. I understand/ understood that the orders ship from outside of the US and that delays are expected (especially since the pandemic and during holiday times). What I did not understand was the message stating that my order was “OTW” when actually it hadn’t yet reached the US AND was still in “processing” per the status on the app. All I was asking for was clarification on if the order had actually shipped. If I could post the screenshots that I saved in regards to this order, I would have posted them. Something similar happened with the previous order and they allowed me to cancel the order. This time, I am being told that there’s nothing that they can do (even though it is “processing” and has not shipped)… *THEY HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THOUGH… GO FIGURE! This last order was my last attempt to do business with them and it was definitely a mistake to give them another chance. There are so many other options out there for trendy, unique, stylish and affordable clothing out there! I would recommend to anyone reading this to consider buying elsewhere.
