   Shopping is not one of my favorite things to do so I usually do my shopping online. The bad thing about that is it can take 3-4 weeks or more to receive your orders, then find the sizes aren’t correct and many things have to be returned. However, when I found an advertisement for Modlily and looked at all they had to offer I decided to give them a try. My first order consisted of Tops and Swimsuits, ordering was simple and I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order about 8-10 days after purchasing. The quality of their clothing is very nice, fabric is very nice, sizes are true sizes and are exactly in line with their size charts. I did have to return one swimsuit but it was because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I can say that the exchange was simple, and 3 days after shipping it back to them, they already have my swimsuit on its way to me. I definitely will be doing my online shopping with Modlily from now on. They have so many things to choose from, their clothes are a high quality, their prices are the best. If you are wanting beautiful clothing at a reasonable price then look no further.

   Decent swimsuits, not high quality but expected with $. But Modlily is overall scammers! I did the bogo, chose 4 in stock items, then after being charged over $100 they came back with the free item as out of stock (still listed as in stock). Said total was under $100 & card was still charged full $, after a LOT of back & forth I was finally refunded but only as store credit as they were giving me hell to get an actual refund. Then I was doing daily check ins to get the 3rd day $15 credit reward, oh so conveniently on the 3rd day the system decided that I missed a day & claimed today 1/26 is 1/27, mind you I did it this morning & even considering time difference at that time it was still 1/26. I spent an hour on the chat with supposedly an “agent” named sowshi which seems to be their only agent, I had to repeat myself about 15 times & still have not had the issue with the check in fixed. Sadly I hadn’t looked deep enough on the reviews prior to purchasing as afterwards I found countless reviews similar to mine experience but also that they will sometimes use fraudulent addresses with a US address to avoid paying tariffs when they ship everything from China, & once as the final delivery hub you get notified of the situation & you either deny having it delivered (good luck getting refunded) or have to pay for the tariff that was supposed to be paid by them. Thankfully I was one of the few that got lucky on that!

   Everything I bought from Modlily was so comfortable and true to size. The only thing I would tell anyone is that - If you’re going on a trip like I was make sure you order your items a couple of months ahead of time. Because I didn’t receive any of my order before my trip to the beach. But they were here when I returned and I loved all my bathing suits, dresses & sandles… They made it right by crediting my out of stock items back to my Modlily account! And I just ordered 5 more items with my credit for free. And I can’t wait to get them!!!🩷🙏

   I really like the clothes on Modlily & the chat service has been good. I used the app to order and my first order, I had to return some tops that did not look right on my body shape & I asked how to go about returning. I received an email that i thought was very rude & I did not appreciate the fact that they said the items had stains & a perfume smell. I did not wear the items at all & only tried on once very quickly. I did also put everything back I. The original packages & they said I was missing an item with just an empty bag. This all is FALSE! I am going to give Modlily one more chance & order a 2nd time. I hope they will be more truthful & courteous if I should have to return anymore items. It is very hard to order online & to know how something will fit & how it will look on me without being able to try on. They make the models all look great in the clothing but not everyone is as tall & thin to look the same. I think a person should be able to get a full refund minus the shipping if that is what they prefer. I may not order any more after this 2nd time if I have trouble that way. I’m only ordering now to use my “in store” credit.

5. 1/5Scam!! Do not buy!

   I ordered from this company at the beginning of May 4 different bathing suits I spent over $100 and they drafted it immediately. It said the latest it would ship was the end of May, but it had not shipped. Then they moved the shipping day out by a week. And asked if I'd keep the order and take a discount and I said I would, but that I wanted a credit to my original payment method not a store credit. Several days go by and it still had not shipped. Just didn't even wanna bother with it and so I went and requested a refund. They said they would give me a store credit and I said no I want it refunded to my original payment method. That was about a month ago and I just had my eighth conversation. Get my refund processed to my card after filing a dispute with my credit card company they process my return as a store credit which I had specifically said I did not want. And now I'm speaking to someone again because the person I spoke to two days ago told me I'd see the refund on my original payment method within 24 hours but two days has passed and still no refund. That person said 24 hours today the person said five business days before I see it. This business is a scam and they have horrible customer service. steer clear!
