   Overall, this product is pointless. Loungekey, the card issuer, and the lounges all blame each other when something doesn’t work as promised, which is almost always. I’ve only been able to access a lounge once in about 10 visits to lounges that are part of the program. For an example of this responsibility-dodging, just take a look at the Loungekey FAQ. They say that if you have a complaint about an employee at a lounge, contact your card issuer 😂😂 Every time I open the app, it wants me to add “payment card” info (even though it already has my card saved) and wants to charge me something. There’s even a checkbox for approving payment. It gives a message that I need to verify the card before the payment is processed. When I click on “see payment details”, it just shows my card number. I’m not sure why the app wants to charge me, and what it could possibly be trying to charge me for, but that’s definitely not the trap I’m going to fall for. This whole thing is just broken.

3. 1/5Who thought this loading screen was a good idea?

   The LoungeKey app used to be fast and straightforward — just the way a travel companion should be. But now, after the latest update, we get a white screen with a spinning wheel every time we open it. Why? It adds nothing and only slows things down when we need quick access to our lounge info. Honestly, the developer who introduced this deserves an award for worst UX decision of the year. Please bring back the snappy experience we had before. Travelers value speed, not unnecessary animations.

4. 1/5Registration not working

   When I tried to register in an older version, I wasn't able to scroll down the 3D Secure form to enter my details as the scroll bar was locked by developers. In the latest version I can’t register because when I enter my card details, “an error occurs” and the app doesn’t give any details which error. In the desktop version there is no link to registration page. It all makes impossible your service to use

5. 1/5Problems to login - incorrect password

   There seems to be an issue with the platform, as it always says the password is incorrect. Even when the client changes the password and tries to log in to the app again, the same problem occurs. I’m not sure what happened, but I’ve been experiencing this issue for over a year. I change the password, and it still shows the same error.

   tremendously buggy registration process with horrible response rate to backend on most of the pre -select options (about one in 10 clicks with then a double click becoming available so you generally need about a minute to manage to confirm your selection)

   There are never any options available at the airports. The lounges ar so few and far between that it's just a lucky break if one's available. Besides, no possibility to have a friend join for free, at least once or twice a year, makes this loungekey almost usless.
