My last 2 airport visits at Riyadh airport is very disappointing, I used to go to the same lounge few months ago and nothing was changed between my issuing bank rate or anything, just suddenly they decided to remove some lounges which was really embarrassing with my guests, although the lounge told me my World Elite card is acceptable but it’s between your bank and Mastercard, tried to contact my bank and says its from Mastercard, tried to contact Mastercard and says its from your bank, and nothing was solved at all, which is making me thinking to cancel my Mastercard and get VISA for this matter after being 7 years loyal with Mastercard and brought my family to use it.

The app is good with basic feature , it does what it’s suppose to do. My only complaint is why the card is not compatible with Apple or Google Wallet. Because honestly I would rather have all my digital cards in one place rather than juggling between apps or screenshots to just access my cards

1/5Pointless, ineffective, disappointep
Sadly, not accepted even when you click to get the voucher and redeem it. At “Ya Esta” at Bogota Airport there is a poster that looks exactly the same as the app. The cashier insisted that it was not accepted. I politely asked him to use the voucher, we clicked to redeem it, and he scanned it and it didn’t work. He told me to use a visa pass instead. This was baffling because the icon of this Mastercard app is the exact picture of the displayed poster. Save 15.5%, didn’t happen!

1/5Literally does not work
The app literally does not work. Not only does it error out showing the “not connected to the internet” message as other users mentioned, but also when it does finally connect, you cannot sign up properly because of their mandatory field: “card issued by country”, where the Dropdown Menu is blank. This is such a disappointment given how expensive the card fees are.

Application not open properly. Always said no net connection or time out or try in one minute or try later . No benefit if this application always not working. You may need to fix bugs ?? Upgrade you application. You may want to add face recognition . No body want to face this problem in front of airport lounges receptionist, and waist their time because your application not perform properly.
