For years I used to buy prepaid SIM cards when arriving to a foreign country, to be always faced with issues related to having 2 phones versus 2 SIMs, and always ended up wasting it (throwing it away with extra minutes and data). Simly changed the game, I can now -with a click- offer myself a data plan tailored to my needs and stay. Just make sure to follow the instructions and reach out to customer support if issues. You may need internet connection for easier installation. Thank you Simly

2/5Loved it until it started glitching on me.
I’ve been using Simly to help a soul in Gaza and have been topping up their e-sim since April. Everything’s been fine up until yesterday when I tried to top up and saw there were two options to get 20GB—one for $21 and one for $4. I thought this was odd and against my better judgement, I went with the $4, hoping it may have been some sort of deal. I made sure the app was updated and opened it back up to see that there was no change. I deleted the app and reinstalled, and still nothing. After I contacted customer service, they tried helping and asked me to check each time to see if more data had been added but still, nothing happened. At that point I asked for a refund to which they said it’d take 15 days to process. An incredibly long time. I asked them if it was even worth attempting to top up again and they told me to “give it some time.” The soul in Gaza I’ve been helping is literally running out of time. They’ve already used up 90% of their data and I can’t even help them without risking my money going nowhere.

I wanted to share my fantastic experience with the Simly application! Whenever I travel, I rely on their convenient eSIM service, and I can't praise their customer support enough. Once, I faced an issue, and their team not only responded promptly but also guided me through connecting my phone to the eSIM. I've used it in Barcelona and France multiple times, and it's way more cost-effective than getting a new SIM or choosing another provider. Simly has truly made my travel connectivity hassle-free!

1/5Does Not Work - Scam
I had a disappointing experience with this eSim app. I purchased the Europe Region eSim with the intention of using it in Cyprus, but unfortunately, the activation process took much longer than expected. Eventually, I encountered an error message stating that the eSim could not be activated, prompting me to contact Connect for assistance. I reached out to their customer service via WhatsApp, but the response time was frustratingly slow. Despite sending numerous screenshots and explaining the issue, their replies only offered generic advice that proved ineffective. I genuinely wish I could share screenshots to illustrate the poor quality of their customer service and the eSim itself. Overall, my experience with this app was regrettable, and I cannot recommend it due to these issues.

While driving from Iraq into Turkey, the Simly app proved to be an invaluable companion. Even at the border crossing, Simly capabilities guided us seamlessly. Although the signal did weaken in certain areas along the way, overall, Simly provided exceptional navigation assistance throughout our journey. We were able to rely solely on Simly for maps and directions, eliminating the need to purchase a local SIM card. The convenience and dependability of Simly made our road trip through Turkey an absolute pleasure, and we have no regrets about our decision to use this exceptional app.
