   I love this little camera. I have it set up in my living room so I can watch the my kids at all times. I love the motion sensor which is super sensitive. As soon as someone moves just the slightest the app will notify me. The night vision is super clear and you can see everything. This camera puts my mind at ease especially with it also pointing in front of my entrance door. I’m amazed at what this little camera can do and all its features. The app is free and I’m able to play back any footage I want. I purchased a little SD card for $4.00 and my camera has been allowing me to save the footage. I showed some of my family members and they were so shocked that the camera was this good and the price of it made 2 of them order it immediately. So far great service and I am beyond satisfied with my camera. The only thing I don’t like is the camera has to be plugged in at all times I kind of wish that part was an option. Other than that great camera!!!!

2. 5/5More than expected

   Got this because my mom who lives by herself had a stroke. She lost some memory, basic daily things but was still physically capable of walking around. She couldn’t remember things like turning on a light, how to open a door or cook oatmeal just to name a few things. She strongly resisted our suggestion of moving into our apartment. So our next move was to buy these cameras to keep an eye on her while we were at work. The reviews were mostly positive so we bought it. Setup was fairly simple. I only used the instruction manual to get the app. Setting up the basics was intuitive. I only used 3 of the four cameras for her apartment. The quality is great even in the dark for night mode. Notifications are spot on for movement. I haven’t setup notifications for sound so I can’t say how good those would be. I shared my login credentials with the entire family so there are many eyes available to check on mom now. Just a quick note. You can use this system for free. It works. There are upgrade services as well. And you can buy and install your own SD cards like a dashcam for internal recording and referencing clips. Haven’t done that yet but might try it with one camera to see if there’s any additional benefit that I’m not seeing. One really cool thing is this does give snapshots for movements/notifications without having the SD card. These show up under notifications which are accessible by day, historically. Super nice and unexpected. Her recovery: We’ve been lucky so far it’s been 5 days since her stroke, her recovery has been good. She’s cooking now, turning on lights , opening doors and doing her normal routines. Summary: We will be leaving the cameras installed as they are solid confirmation on my mom’s well being. Although these are perceived as baby and pet cameras they can be used alternatively as security, safety and other uses.

3. 2/5So frustrating

   These work when they want. I bought one pack of 2 and also a pack of 2 SIM cards. I had them about 2 weeks and I loved it so I bought another pack of 2 and2 SIM cards. About a month later I was going to buy another pack etc. But that’s when all 4 cameras decided to act up. Glitching and not recording when it was important to record. I went camping for about a week and 3 of my cameras stopped working. I did a restart on my phone but no luck so that whole week it wasn’t recording anything I couldn’t even see anything. My screen was completely black. Right now I’m at work and I’m waiting for some deliveries and also an oil delivery. And of course. The camera decided to stop working. As of right now I am looking for a replacement. Sometimes my phone alerts me of motion detection when I get a chance to view the recording it shows the blue lines but when I go and check it says not recording available.

4. 3/5DONT UPDATE THE APP. THEY ADDED AI!!! NOMORE PRIVACY

   This app works well for what I need. I just needed some eyes on my child’s bedroom while they slept and while they played with other kids. I initially only had the personal complaint of not having audio on for front display before entering the camera but now I’ve started receiving more detailed alerts about movement on the camera. . . This is a red flag to me because that means the application updates on its own without my permission. This also points to the app having background activity that I may not consent to. I haven’t updated this app since 2 months after I got it. I’ve had this camera for 3 years. Wether I purposely didn’t update it or forgot to update it. The app updated on its own without my consent/permission. I will not talk badly. I will leave it up to you to figure out what that means for the end user.

5. 5/5Ads can be turned off

   In your settings under Permission Management you can turn off ads. This was a horrible decision by them to add this “feature” to my camera I’ve had for years and to turn it on by default. The interface isn’t very user friendly is but I do like the camera a lot and their customer support in the app was quick to respond to my questions about how remove the ads, and how to clear my memory card in the camera. Get a memory card and you will not need to subscribe to any cloud service with it to get good results. I use this quite often to check on our pets when away from home.
