2/5Dysfunctional for topping up
I have to fight with this app for an hour every time I try to top up my card. It can read it just fine but I can never top it up easily. I’ve had to just buy another card from the kiosk (€2/card) because I could not top my card. It’s a big problem every single time.

1/5Topping up does not work as advertised SCAM
This app is the official bus ticket app of cote d azur and the cards recommend topping up via this app method. It allows you to purchase a ticket / tickets but does not allow you to actually top up the card (the nfc scanner suddenly stops working after initially working!). I see other people have this problem. Until it is addressed, I do not recommend using this app and I recommend using the ticket vending machines only. I also will be disputing all bus ticket purchases with my cc company and will also be reporting this app to the local department of transportation, so they are aware people are being scammed out of their money and not able to take the bus

iPhone 13 on iOS 26. It works fine to “recharge” physical card with tickets. They should eliminate the need for a physical card entirely. It’s weird that such a good transit network uses such a convoluted payment system. They should let you tap to pay with the app — or better yet use credit card tap to pay.

The only transportation in a major city I’ve visited where there’s no way to reload or pay on the phone. You have to buy a physical card from a station that has them available (only at a select few, so you may have to travel far just to get a card). And even then reloading from the app is hit or miss. Save yourself time, frustration, and probably a 60 Euro fine for not using it correctly. Just take an Uber or a cab instead.

1/5Paid for two day pass but doesn’t work
We paid for a two day pass on the app but when it comes to scanning my bus card to add the value of the two-day pass, we kept having problems and the app doesn’t scan the card properly. So we were unable to use the two-day pass that we paid for. I asked the bus driver to scan for me and even he couldn’t get the app to work. Awful experience.
