   I’ve been using your site as a guest . I finally took the time to download your app and I’m thrilled with all the perks I have gotten . However I would have loved an email or an alert of some kind that a holiday order of mine had been canceled. I only figured it out when 1 item arrived and I had to figure out where the rest of my order was. I was able to reorder something in its place hopefully thanks to your 2 day free shipping perk I will have the gift in time for the holiday. As far as quality of items I have received they are fantastic Keep up the quick service paired with quality items ! I will continue to use your app

2. 1/5Filters on this app are pointless

   This app has nothing in mind but forcing sales upon those who use it. I wear one certain size, apply that to the filters, search accordingly and i get fed nothing but results that i don’t want. Why even bother with the app if it doesn’t listen to you? For this exact reason, im deleting it and making a point to no longer buy levis since they don’t see me as anything but a potential source of revenue. They try hard not to let it look that way, but after searching through 46 supposed results to my search (as well as all colors) not one single pair was within my search parameters. Had they been honest and noted that up front, I would have searched for a less ideal product, instead they lied and wasted my time. I need honesty in order to spend my money, and absolutely none was found here. The last straw was in the ‘benefits’ i had supposedly earned. They were not benefits at all. But common things any online business should offer. Calling something like ‘customer service’ or shipping’ a benefit one must earn is insulting. It suggests that I would be on my own had there been any issues with previous orders or that I wouldn’t receive anything in exchange for my money since I hadn’t earned shipping privileges yet just screams desperation in my opinion. So yeah, F this app, ill buy my denim elsewhere after this recent disastererous experience with the soon to be deleted levis (cr)-app. Two thumbs out of two down, 1/5 stars and a D- score.

3. 1/5Unacceptable Failure from a Major Brand; deeply hurt and let down

   The Nike x Levi’s drop was completely ruined by this app. Despite being logged in and ready well ahead of time, the app automatically signed me out right before the launch. What followed were repeated error messages, failed login attempts, and endless loading screens. By the time I finally regained access, everything was sold out. This wasn’t a one-off glitch — it’s a reflection of how poorly built and maintained this app is. It constantly logs users out, fails to load key pages, throws up generic errors, and breaks down under pressure. Browsing, searching, or adding items to your cart are all met with frustrating delays and failures. For a brand as established as Levi’s, this level of dysfunction is inexcusable. The app is unreliable, unresponsive, and completely unfit for high-demand product launches. I feel cheated out of something I had been anticipating for weeks — and honestly, I’m deeply disappointed and hurt that Levi’s couldn’t deliver on such a basic expectation. I’m furious that I wasted so much time trying and trying and trying to get this to work so I could get the item I wanted only to be let down in the end. They need to take this seriously, because loyal customers are losing trust fast. I don’t anticipate Levi’s even seeing this review or doing anything to help matters but I will take my voice across platforms to let it be known that Levi’s does not care about its customer base.

4. 3/5Needs a Process for Notification Customization

   This is the app for me because I’m addicted to buying Levis. I love this company and their products, unfortunately. I consider myself an expert at finding what I want for their end of season sales. The app is fine — no worse than any other ecomerce app. Except: I received a marketing message pushed to my phone today. You can spam my email, but please do not spam my Lock Screen. So I went to look for a way to turn off ad notifications while still getting order updates and things like that, but I could only find a redirect to turn off all notifications for the app in System Settings. That will have to do, but consider me aggrieved.

5. 1/5The worst

   If you enjoy being pestered to create an account and turn on your location for it, then by all means; download this app. If you choose not to make an account just prepare your mind to be flooded with the app adding you to do so. Every color selection on any garment will prompt the account creation page to pop up; any size change, product change, key word searching! All of it will trigger the app to ask over and over and over again to create an account. I feel harassed by an app. It’s HORRIBLE. Not to mention that if you try and filter your search you can’t. Why? You don’t have an account. The app will ask you to make one and if you selected no it’ll close the filter search options with it. The app is not great at all and I’m astonished by the barrage of high ratings because this is absolutely an atrocious app.
