"body": "I was not even able to buy anything. When I clicked purchase it took me to the page where you usually put in your information. I usually use Apple Pay which they stated that they had. I scrolled down and Apple Pay was already selected but there was not button that allowed me to click Apple Pay to purchase my order. I tried to get out of Apple Pay so I could just pay with my card but it wouldn’t let me select anything else. It wouldn’t even let me take things out of my cart. If I can’t even buy your product what’s the point. Waste of time. This app is so bad I would give it a zero but that is not possible so I give it a one",

"body": "I love Cotton On’s clothing—great styles, great quality, and affordable prices. But this app? An absolute disaster. It’s like the developers went out of their way to make online shopping as frustrating as possible. First, the app refuses to apply discounts I’ve earned, even when they’re clearly valid. Then, it won’t let me change my shipping speed or even enter my shipping address properly. Want to check the details of a past order? Too bad. And worst of all, actually placing an order is a battle—half the time, it won’t even go through! Cotton On, your clothes are fantastic, but this app is an embarrassment. It’s 2025—how is your online store this dysfunctional? Fix this mess. Until then, I’ll stick to shopping elsewhere because I’m done wasting my time.",

"body": "Seriously nothing works on this app. My first problem is that you don't get any details about your order until it ships. This is the first and only store I know of that does that. And apparently you can't even login to check your order at all lol the \"purchases\" tab only opens up a login page even after you've logged in already and then the \"login\" button simply doesn't work at all. This is also the only website/app I've ever seen to not have a \"back\" button at all. If you want to see the previous page you were on, you have to go back to \"home\" and put in all your filters and scroll through the pages again which is super annoying. Also super annoyingly, the app resets if you open another app even for just a half second",

"body": "There are countless issues with this app, from using other platforms for years this has been such a nightmare experience in comparison - feels like you’re using an outdated interface or one that is genuinely BADLY coded. From the way it constantly crashes to the way you can’t look at a single piece of clothing and just hit the back button without sending the whole search engine into a freak out. Have to re-do all of your specific filter searches every time you click a specific product instead of just adding to cart on the initial search page. Can’t even reset your password without crashing the app, took me 3 tries before I just pulled up the website on my laptop - using your company website should NEVER be easier than your app.",

"body": "I love everything about cotton on; the aesthetic, the clothes, the accessories, everything—however, there’s a major bug that could cost you a lot of money if you don’t pay close attention. The shopping cart will sometimes double, triple, or quadruple the original number of items in the cart. I noticed this while I was filling my cart with things I wanted to get for Christmas. My $51 total was a whopping $234, and only because it had put up to six more copies of what I’d originally put in the cart. This hasn’t happened before with one or two things in the cart, but it seems that with 6+ items this takes place. PLEASE FIX! It’s such a hassle to go in and delete easily 20-50 copied items.",
