1. 1/5Ridiculous customer service

   Absolutely ridiculous communication! I placed an order Sep 14 and payed for express shipping (2-7 day delivery). It was a gift purchase for a friend’s bday so I needed it to come in time. After a week passed I saw that my order wasn’t even shipped out yet. It was frustrating but I was trying to be understanding, I ordered with a little time to spare so I was sure it’d come by the time I needed it. Fast forward it’s Sep 24th and again I check that my order is not even shipped!! I check my email, nothing. So I decided to reach out to ask what was up, I was met with an email that said a representative will reach out to me in 3-5 days…thankfully they reached out in two days. They said that the reason my order hasn’t been shipped out yet is because it was “suspected fraud” and that I have to send in information proving that I am the cardholder. I have absolutely no problem with that but I was disappointed that they haven’t reached out to me earlier (in fact at all) regarding this issue. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to hear from them after I had reached out…to solve a problem that could’ve been solved in two days tops. After I sent in my information, which by the way they gave me by the end of the day to do so they cleared me for shipping. I found it funny how they gave me by the end of the day to send in my information when they didn’t set such standards for themselves. But yeah my order shipped out two weeks late no apology for wasting my time and no refund for Xpress shipping that I paid for. This is not OK.

2. 5/5Great!! It’s so amazing!!!

   It’s really good and quality is really nice, the package took 1 week and 1 day to come and comes with 25% off your next order, the hoodie comes a little boxy on the shoulders at first, but they wear down. The pants are perfect though. The material is soft and fluffy and heavy which is perfect for winter, for pants I bought xxs and fits perfect , the cuffs are a bit uncomfortable at first but get normal after a bit. For the hoodie I was gonna get s/m but changed it to xs/s which fit baggy, and perfect the design and color was perfect and was very very comfy. Yes, is a bit pricey but 100% worth it.

3. 1/5Do not order from here!!!⚠️

   I have never written a view but this has been my worst experience ordering online so far. I placed a large order on the 1st of February. I qualified for express shipping however, my order didn’t even get confirmed till the 11th of February. They then removed 2 items from my order that I already paid for because they ran out of stock. They refunded it, and my order was set to deliver for the 15th of February. I then received a message from DHL that they required tons of information that I didn’t not have access to. I contacted white fox customer service twice and never heard back from them. I guess my package cleared customs anyways and was set to be delivered today(the 21st of February.) I then received a message from DHL that I owe a total of 382 dollars in import fees. I ordered from white box boutique US so I’m very confused as to why I am being charged all of these fees. This was never disclosed anywhere while placing my order and I’m beyond frustrated with this company. I called DHL and they said someone would give me a call within two hours. Never received a call but received an email my package would be delivered today. It has not been delivered. If I don’t pay these fees in the next 5 days my package will be sent back to them. Worst customer service, shady delivery company, save yourself time and money and just order from princess Polly. This place has no concern for customer satisfaction, they just want your money.

   This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been wanting a good quality hoodie for a while so I bought one from here but I had to spend at lest $100 for free shipping so I bought 2 hoodies. Never again. Their so boxy idk who these would fit. The sleeves are extremely long, like so long that it is probably almost as long as my leg, so when I have it on the sleeves look atrocious. These hoodies give u the widest shoulders and make u look like a line backer. These hoodies are also super long, they could be a dress. I ordered XXS/XS. And It’s not worth it to return it. Shipping it back costs $11 and they only give store credit and they don’t refund u the price u paid, they give u a smaller amount. I reached out to them via email complaining and they told me it shows how it looks on the models, except it doesn’t look like it, none of the models have boxy hoodies but all of the white fox hoodies are extremely boxy. For the price they should be a lot better. They have also received a lot of feedback saying how boxy their hoodies are and haven’t done or said anything about it. Never buying anything from here again. I literally wanted to cry because i spent so much money and I cant even wear them or get a return.

5. 1/5Worst Customer Service I’ve Experienced

   I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only did I receive the wrong item, but the customer service made the situation even worse. There was no real accountability for their mistake, no urgency, and no effort to make things right. I had a vacation coming up, and because of their error, I didn’t have the outfit I specifically ordered. The whole reason I shop online is for convenience and to have the clothes I need arrive on time. Instead, I was left dealing with a confusing return process and waiting for a resolution to a problem that wasn’t my fault. A simple apology isn’t enough when the company doesn’t offer a meaningful solution or show that they value their customers’ time. This was a frustrating and stressful experience from start to finish. Based on how my order and customer service were handled, I would not recommend shopping here.
