The clothing brand “OhPolly” is TIMELESS, providing woman products that wrap their curves in a buttery, strong and ON TREND style. My curves have always been my pride but it’s hard to find clothing that truly brings that support and style together - this is it! Most of my wardrobe as a 24 year old Influencer is filled with their products and I recommend it. My hour glass shape has never looked so glamorous - I’d recommend this brand to those who like Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS

I ordered a prom dress well before my prom and got here three days before the dance. It took over three weeks to arrive and when it did It was wayyyy too small. I don’t even think a 5 year old had a small enough rib cage to fit into it. I am typically a double zero but i ordered a zero bc i saw it ran small. It fit everything but the chest. the sizing proportions are way off. Not to mention when i returned it I asked for my money back and all they could give me was store credit. I never want to order from them again after this and now i have 200 dollars in store credit I don’t know what to do with. The customer service sucked as well they did not care to help me with my problem because it had been over 40 days even though it was returned within two weeks of me buying it.

2/5Sigh in/Log in problems
I’ve been trying to Sign into my account for 30 minutes, I forgot my password so like everyone else I reseted it. I login to my account on my laptop to see if it will work with the new password and it did, so I used that same exact password to sign into the app but it said it was wrong or my email was invalid. So I went back on my laptop logged out and signed back in step by step along with signing into my phone at the same time and it didn’t work. I only signed into the same account on my laptop but it doesn’t work on my phone, I don’t have access to my laptop and I like making purchases on my phone instead so now I can’t buy anything because it signed me out and I can’t sigh back in. Fix this problem.

2/5I’m torn!
I love shopping from Oh Polly! Beautiful clothing with great quality…but the app and website are horrible! I tried logging into my account through the website and since I forgot my password I tried resetting it, but it logs me into the website not onto the app. Nor does it transfer over when I click on”open app” on the top of my screen! I tried preordering a dress, and now it’s sold out :( I’m so torn over this, I know it’s just a dress, but I would like to at least be able to get points for a dress that costs almost $200.

They have beautiful clothing on their app. I made a $600 purchase and they canceled my order within five minutes. There's no phone number to get a hold of them you can only chat with them through a machine. I said my order was canceled either because the order was too large or my address wasn't correct so I narrowed it down to $200 even though I needed the stuff for my vacation they canceled again, so I tried to purchase two dresses and it was canceled again, what's the website up if you're not making sales
