1. 5/5No compensation for extremely late order

   I have been using KeeTa for quite a while now. It has been a good choice for me for its good deals and fast delivery. But today I ordered a meal and it took almost 2 hours to arrive. I was really hungry at that time and I tried to ask the delivery man to be faster but no response. Eventually I went to buy some food myself and asked for a cancelation of the order. However the customer service will not allow me to do so and claim that the delivery man is picking the order up and on the way. I waited another 20mins for the order to finally. Now I ask any compensation to my order since I waited so long and they would not allow me to cancel. I got just 10 hkd compared to my 200 hkd order… this is really disappointing as I have been suffering from hunger for about 2 hours and the platform just cannot give me a better solution, I cannot cancel myself for such long delay and I got barely no compensation in the end. I will no longer use this app for food delivery (I recommend anyone who sees this do as well) unless they have better solutions come out for such situations

   This food delivery app is amazing with good behavior and good discounts and more but do you wanna know why did I put a 4 star rating? There’s only one request we want, and I’m sure all the customers want this request too, some ppl don’t have cards or and they only have cash and want to use it but can’t, I’m only saying there will be more. Customer buying from this app if there were cash payments, even the kids don’t have cards like me at the age 10–17 don’t have card and want to pay Cash to the best app and the best discounts, I hope that u understood that request, thank you!

3. 1/5Worst customer service

   I’ve been using Keeta for the past 3 months and never had an issue with orders. Yesterday, the I had the wrong order delivered to my place and contacting them was a hassle and I had the worst experience. When I realized that the order is incorrect, I told the driver I won’t accept it and return it to the restaurant. I tried contacting keeta to explain the problem ( took a while to talk to someone), they demanded a photo and said he can’t help me without a photo. I asked them to verify with the driver and restaurant that the correct order wasn’t delivered and he declined my request and said without a photo he can’t help me out. This is a low IQ response. Why you wouldn’t verify with the driver and restaurant? Unless you’re not willing or don’t care about your customers. Plus this is my first time contacting them about any issues, its not like I request a help everyday. Last thing, requesting photo is very dumb, I could’ve recieved the whole order and take a photo of some it and say the rest is missing or I could’ve recieved turn the food upside down and sy it was spilled. I deleted the app and going with Jahez or the chefs going forward.

   When it comes to location services I think there’s a huge issue that is not solved yet not only in my home location but multiple locations I faced this Issue where I can’t put the location pin at my home or the location I wanted it to be delivered to which is making the delivery process much longer, I spoke about it to the Keeta Chat team and then one of the support team called me to discuss what I was facing and I explained clearly what is going on, I even heard from friends that this issue is happening to them too, I do believe it’s really important to fix that issue if you wanna make your app useful for every day use, each delivery to one of these locations that I can’t pin my location accurately because of bug in the app is giving me and the rider a lot of trouble till the rider reach the destination, please make sure to fix that issue ASAP, thank you

5. 1/5Worstttt Ever Experience - Got Scammed

   I had guests at home and placed an order for first time at KEETA app and waited almost 1 hour to get my order and it was LATE, so I tried contacting customer support through chat in their App, While I was talking to them I got notification that my order is delivered hence i RECEIVED NOTHING, not even a call from driver, i even i checked outside of my door there was NO DRIVER OR PARCEL, so I contacted driver and he told me that the “order is CANCELLED” because you didn’t respond my call, and driver said me to contact KEETA support team. When I contacted support team they kept telling me that the “DRIVER HAS LEFT THE ORDER AT DOOR” but there was nothing, hence driver told me the order has been cancelled and I’ve to contact support team, both the SUPPORT PERSON & DRIVER had different statements. and instead of solving or investigating the issue the support team choose to ARGUE with me over chat for almost 30mins with the same note that driver said he left the order at your door, and there’s nothing they can do, they kept saying me to check CCTV cameras of house when there’s no CCTV at the door, and at the end they provide no solution and even didn’t not REFUND my money, and closed the chat. I would say you, DONT USE KEETA to unless you’re willing to waste your money, remain starving or willing to experience the WORST EVER service and support in your life
