التطبيق كان جيد بالنسبة لي ولكن حصل ووصل طلبي ناقص والسواق قال هذا اللي اعطوه المطعم فقط. للاسف رقم الاتصال بإدارة البرنامج مشغول طوال الوقت ولايوجد اي وسيلة للتواصل مع المطعم او تقييمه ولهذا السبب دفعت قيمة الطلب كامل على الرغم من انه وصل ناقص. اقترح اضافة خاصية ارسال تعليقات وتقييم المطعم والخدمة ورقم اتصال بالمطعم او خانه لكتابة ملاحظات عن الوجبات لانه لايتوفر هذا الخيار دائماً. شكرا لكم واتطلع للتطوير لانه من اساسيات نجتح البرنامج. بالتوفيق I actually liked the app. Until I had a bad experience trying to reach customer service through the busy line coz I got my delivery perfectly on time but not exactly the order. Actually, two meals were not there. The driver blamed the restaurant and there was no solution. I suggest adding a button to send direct messages to service providers in Jahez and add the restaurant contact # next to it. This will also help in customizing the orders especially that it’s not always allowed to make notes about meals preferences.

4/5Suggestion for Improved User Experience
I wanted to share a suggestion that, when implemented, could significantly enhance the user experience on the App. Currently, during the delivery process, users often receive multiple calls from drivers seeking directions and requesting location sharing via external apps. While I understand the importance of precise deliveries, the practice of sharing location details with drivers, who may retain this information on their personal phones, raises concerns about user address privacy. To address this, I recommend the inclusion of a new field in the customer address section of the app. This field could accommodate the PACI Number of the customer's address. Utilizing maps with this number would enable drivers to precisely locate delivery destinations without the need for additional calls or location sharing. Implementing this feature would offer several benefits: Improved User Experience: Users can enjoy a smoother and more streamlined delivery process without the need for multiple calls. Enhanced Privacy: By keeping address details within the app, you mitigate the risk of sensitive information being stored on drivers' personal devices. Operational Efficiency: The new feature reduces unnecessary calls, making operations more efficient for both users and drivers. I suggest making this new field optional, allowing users the choice to use it based on their preferences. Promoting the benefits of this feature could encourage its adoption. I believe that implementing this solution will not only address the current challenges but also contribute to the overall improvement of the App's experience. Thank you for considering this suggestion, and I look forward to witnessing continued enhancements to the app.

1/5Worse customer care ever
It’s not my first time encountering issues with their customer service line but today was something else honestly. I’ve been waiting for over an hour for an order and kept trying to call the customer service line and it wouldn’t even go through number one. Number two I had already paid for my order (116﷼), then all of a sudden my order got cancelled? You’re kidding me honestly! Then to my surprise instead of them refunding me my money back to my card they gave me 100 ﷼ credit in my jahez wallet, for what? Not to lose a customer? Honestly never ordering from them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this app. Use any other app to order food or better yet walk to the place you want to order from, anything would be better than Jahez. What a shame

1/5Don’t download if you value customer service
I wanted to start using Jahez recently and it was a BIG mistake. The lack of customer service is so infuriating. My food came and the chicken was not cooked well and I wanted to complain but the only option was to call??? It is 2023 and technology is very advanced so I don’t understand why chat is not available. I messaged them on Instagram regarding this issue because I don’t think the matter is urgent enough for a phone call and it was late, and they told me they will respond once the restaurant has replied to them and I got NO reply. I followed up and they did not answer. So ridiculous. If you value customer service just pay the extra fees in other apps because it is not worth it when you have a problem with your food and no easy way to contact them

Very buggy app and the drivers don’t follow the instructions for the delivery. It is kind of slow as for the response, once the order is clicked. There is a process afterwards which to put the payment information again. The question is, why the payment is already saved and then putting the information again in every order? Also, as a delivery app, there’s no way to see the order appearing as a receipt in the email, just in the app, even the order instructions are not appearing. There are some drivers who don’t even follow the timeline of the order, and kind of going around after receiving the order, not for drop off the food for someone else, just to play around. There should be a timeline for the order.
