   Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order that was never delivered. The driver repeatedly told me that traffic was heavy and eventually cancelled the order instead of completing the delivery. I contacted customer service multiple times seeking assistance and a resolution, but my issue was never properly addressed. What is most frustrating is not just the failed delivery, but the complete lack of accountability and customer support afterward. Customers should not have to spend their time chasing updates, contacting drivers, and repeatedly following up with support for an order they never received. I expected much better service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend HungerStation until they improve both their delivery reliability and customer service.

   I received an order from a completely different restaurant and when I called the Driver, he had no clue and at the same time he was begging me complain to the company because he’s the one who is going to be punished when it is the company sending him a request from wrong restaurant. There is no way to contact HungerStation but by text. Which is a very lame way of communication and of course a robot answer answers you. And a human only appears once every five minutes you keep getting the same answers on the chat. They don’t have a phone number, unlike Lugmety. Who has amazing customer service and you can actually talk to someone. And even then they have no clue where my order went. They just sent me an order from a different restaurant. I have nothing to say about it . How is that even possible? And on the app? It says that my order was from the actual restaurant I ordered from.. the chat was continuously requesting that I sent them a picture of the wrong order and I was not available in-front of the order, so the robot kept sending me the same message again and again regardless of what I write it just keeps asking me for the picture again and agin at the end the robot just replied that they won’t refund me my order with the 20 Reyal compensation and what I really wanted is answers and customer service I don’t want the money!!! I want my order and an apology and i want customer service not a robochat!!! Lugmaty is the best!! I will never use this app that has no regard to its customers experience and needs

3. 1/5Worst customer service ever

   I’ve used many apps worldwide and i haven’t encountered such a horrible experience ever before. I do not recommend it to anyone. Customer care is very unprofessional and disrespectful, they didn’t even address my complaint at all. First incident was when i ordered from the app 2 days ago and i put a note that i needed money change because i was paying in cash so during handing me my order, the driver didn’t give me all my change back, he decided to take money for himself and when i asked him for the rest of my money he lied to me and said he will be back and just left me, i tried to call him 3 times afterwards and he kept cancelling my call. I contacted customer service and i never got a reply back, i contacted the driver using a different phone number and he answered and he didn’t care at all when i told him that i was going to complain, he literally said “ yes you go do a complain” i couldn’t believe it!!!! Second incident happened yesterday when i received a wrong order, i contacted customer service and sent them pictures of the wrong order and they didn’t resolve the problem, they didn’t refund me back for the wrong order, i contacted 4 different customer service representatives and every time i asked what was going to happen next and when will the issue be resolved, they ended the chat and never replied to any of my questions. I will never be using this app again, besides according to their policy you should get the first 10 deliveries for free and in my case that never happened, i paid delivery for each order from day 1 of using the app. It’s a shame really

4. 1/5Worst delivery app!

   First of all, i just download the app, and they offer free delivery on the first order plus discount for the meal, yet when i ordered, they charged me for delivery and put it as a credit to my account which got expired after a while! It is free just make it free don’t take money from me and put it as credit in account. That is just a twisted scam! Even when i want to you the credit money there a rules like i have to put my card info to pay the rest of the bill . I can’t use my apple pay with it! What is that about!!!!? it takes too long to deliver your food, and when i use discount coupon, it doesn’t deduct the money form my order instead, it add the discounted money as a credit, and you have to put your credit car info to use it! Also, the app need a lots of of work and development, it should give more details about the food, drinks, etc. for example, it should give info about the food ingredients incase of someone has an allergy of something, and it should add a box of instruction about the food incase of i want to remove something from the food i ordered, and exactly the size of drink. Large and small is not enough info!

5. 1/5Worst delivery app - ZERO STARS

   I’ve been using this app for a while now but I will definitely using it again. There are far better delivery apps in Saudi Arabia. I have to say I’m astounded by how absolutely terrible their customer service is. The last straw came when I placed an order and paid for it using my credit card which didn’t arrive. After waiting for an hour and a half I raised a complaint but didn’t get a response until over an hour. The representative told me he’d make sure I got it as soon as possible but after waiting for almost another hour I raised another complaint. This time I didn’t get a response until almost four hours later asking me if I got the order! Unfortunately I was asleep by then and didn’t see it until the morning at which point the complaint ticked was filed as “closed” and I couldn’t file another one! So basically I just paid over SR100 and got nothing! There’s no real way to reach anyone who works for the app at this point, nothing! Save yourself the headache and frustration and try pretty much any other app in Saudi
