   We’ve been using Jibble for our small business for a few years now, and it has proven to be an invaluable tool. We primarily use it on an iPad in Kiosk mode, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The setup process was straightforward, taking very little time to get everything up and running. Our team of six employees finds it incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for everyone to clock in and out without any hassle. The interface is clean and intuitive, which has been a huge plus for us, as it minimizes any potential confusion or errors. Jibble has streamlined our time tracking process, allowing us to focus more on our business and less on administrative tasks. We appreciate how reliable the system is—it’s always up and running, and we’ve never experienced any significant issues. The ease of use and efficiency it brings to our operations can’t be overstated. We’re really happy with the service and would highly recommend it to other small businesses looking for a simple yet effective solution for managing employee time. 🤙

2. 5/5A Must have to track Field Canvassers

   This app has made it extremely easy to track our field canvassers (door to door/knockers). You can easily see who is canvassing and who isn't because it pings their device every couple minutes. You can set device restrictions so that if they clock in on a phone they can't clock out on a computer (prevents stealing time and fraudulent punches). You can also set geo fences so if your employee leaves an area they're assigned to it lets you know! If you have a field canvassing team - or really empployees you're not able to manage in person, and they're out in the field - this was definitely the best app I came across. I like the versatility with exporting weekly time sheets too. Everything is customizable in here so you really can make the settings in your Jibble account fit your business needs. $5 per user per month to have all the bells and whistles. Very robust product so thank you guys for making it!

3. 5/5Best time tracking app for Volunteers!

   I absolutely love Jibble! I am a Volunteer Coordinator at a Therapeutic Riding Center with a ton of volunteers and lots of different things to track. We recently moved from paper schedules and tracking to digital and I was using a google form which was a nightmare. This led me to Jibble! It is awesome that I can track the hours, specific activities AND I can see from my dashboard who is signed in and who is on property! The Kiosk mode has made signing in and out super easy and is super accessible for my more technologically challenged volunteers. My volunteers love that they can track their volunteer hours from their phones and this will be especially helpful once we get our summer interns. It's also super helpful that we can edit their time as some do forget to sign out. I am so thankful for the fact that Jibble has a free option so we as a nonprofit are able to utilize it!

   Jibble has been a fantastic and affordable solution for my company. We’re in the process of getting fully set up, and so far, the experience has been great. The live tracking feature is particularly impressive and works wonderfully for our operations, especially since our employees travel to different sites throughout the day. One area where I feel there could be improvement is the process of adding in times. Currently, it feels a bit clunky, with errors popping up at times. It would be incredibly helpful if the system allowed for a more spreadsheet-like approach. For example, having the ability to quickly add multiple clock-in and clock-out events would make managing employees’ schedules—especially for those who handle jobs in the morning and another at night—much more seamless.

5. 5/5Best Workplace Implementation This Year!

   We recently started enforcing workplace clock-ins and time-tracking at our business. Our first choice was Homebase, but, after examining what we really needed from a time tracker, we decided to go with Jibble instead. This application is powerful. It allows for tracking with specific tasks or activities, the ability to clock out for breaks, and easy integration with Microsoft Teams and other apps. And that's only the tip of the iceberg! We also use this application to see who is currently clocked in for their shift (we're a remote company so this makes it easy for keeping track of everyone) as well as putting in requests for time off. Highly Reccommend for anyone looking to transform the time tracking for their workplace.
