   Strike 1)although theme use your phone number to “add” points, those points only arrive some of the time and when you ask about it they ask for the receipt. The problem, they don’t give a receipt unless you specifically ask and, since they have already taken your number, who needs the receipt 2) when you try to use 2 rewards during. The same visit, they take the points for both but don’t let you redeem both. They just show the second as “redeemed” but have it available to use on another visit within 1 month. 3)when you have a reward with an expiration date, it really expires the day before or at 12:01am on the date listed. Today, at 7:40am, I tried to redeem a birthday gallon with an exp date of 4/17 but it was already expired. I left and drove to 7Brew where I also had a birthday reward with an exp date of 4/17. Guess what, I was able to use it because it does not expire until midnight on the date given. You are out of strikes HTea0 which stinks because I really liked your tea!

2. 2/5Change of coupons

   Ever since the app changed it has been extremely difficult to get into my account or to get a hold of anyone to help me get into my account and not only that but I’ve had to make a new account and then the moment that I finally got a new account they switched the rewards around. I am an employee at HTeaO, and I personally feel the change of the rewards was ridiculous because I get a free cup of tea every day. I don’t need a free cup of tea coupon free add-on is just ridiculous. No one‘s gonna use that or want that and not it don’t leave that but the only thing that’s helpful is the free gallon but I’d much rather a free coffee because I have to pay out-of-pocket for that when I work and personally, I like coffee more than I do like tea and then taking away that coupon has been hinder to customers and employees. And also they took away the options on the rewards so now it has to be one thing and one thing on like you don’t get to choose what you want anymore they took away the options and they said that it made it more stressful and people had to decide and it was too hard. No, they just wanna save my personality and honestly having more choices made you feel less prettier to have to use it for one thing now I just feel annoyed and like I don’t even wanna earn points cause what’s the point

3. 5/51st time HTea0 experience! 😁

   Just came for less than a 24 hour trip from California and my friend wanted to try this HTea0 place out before we headed back to Cali. First off, not an ice tea drinker and was just looking to get a good cup of coffee for the long road trip. I had the best first time experience from the HTea0 team as soon as I entered the doors. Larussa, greeted us from the start as she was detailing the store. She was so knowledgeable and informative about the operations, where she answered all my questions with a wonderful smile and bubbly personality she totally changed my perspective of Las Cruces. I was “Wowed” with all the varieties of the teas that I instantly went straight for the Huge cup size and was sold with the Cocunut/ Chai tea mixture Larussa suggested. From that experience the team behind the counter; Mason, Darby, & Natalie was just as friendly and helpful. Mason made me the most amazing cup of coffee where I just asked him to surprise me with something that I could only get from Las Cruces that we don’t have in California. He succeeded with his Barista mixology and made me an amazing triple mocha with other secret ingredients that is keeping me up as I am driving back to California. Based off this visit, it was a perfect ending to my Las Cruces adventure. I have to commend the management team on hiring all the right people to represent their operations. It’s a rarity to see people all in the same work place all enjoy what they do and give that positive energy to their Guests. Thank you HTea0, Marvin Negrete New Ice Tea Loyalist’s Drinker

4. 1/5Disappointed with app update

   I absolutely love HTeaO, but I am disappointed in the app update. I always save up my points to get a free gallon. I went to claim my reward and accidentally selected the wrong reward. There is no way to undo it… I even asked the sweet manager at our local location, and she wasn’t able to undo it either. What doesn’t make sense to me is the rewards go in this order - 50 points (half price on cup of tea), 100 points (free gallon), 75 points (free mini gallon/cup of tea). I should have read more carefully, but I selected the bottom option thinking the highest point value would be the last reward - no. The highest value reward was in the middle. What? Once I selected the incorrect reward, there was no undoing the error. My frustration is NOT in the quality of the tea, the service, or the pricing. My frustration is with the app and #1 the order of the rewards (should be from lowest to highest… organizing it the way they have seems sneaky and intentional) and #2 the inability to undo once you claim a reward. At least other apps allow you to change the reward you select. Yes it may take a day or two to update in the app, but I would rather that than lose the reward I worked towards.

5. 5/5Best service and environment

   I want to give a shot out to Julio and his whole team for the amazing service that they provided great friendly environment. Great prices they have everything you need and they have great merchandise as well. All sorts of flavors teas coffees, fresh fruit to add to your drinks, you name it I just had my bariatric surgery and they had something for me and not only just one but multiple things they’re gonna make my transition a little easier for me and I think that whole team there for making my recovery a lot easier and better and I am thankful because they are a part of my success now for providing this thank you Julio for everything and your amazing team. We will be seeing each other a lot more.
