"body": "I’m reasonably satisfied with Heinens grocery and delivery. It certainly depends on the shopper. It seems Heinen’s does not pass along choice of delivery spot in case I asked for delivered to the rear door and note that the driveway goes all the way to the back and there’s a place to turn around instead the Heinens drivers stop and deliver it to the front door terrifically inconvenient for them however, the Whole Foods and other grocer delivers always go to the back door so I would urge you to pass it along to your drivers to read the notes first.",

"body": "The app overall is decent but one big issue ruins it. If you want to make your shopping list in advance, forget it. If you make a list, but close the app, it’s gone. I found this out after spending about a half hour picking items and creating a list only to get to the store and finding when I open the app that there is no list. This is aggravating in the extreme! The old version of the app saved your list automatically. Seems like there should be an easy fix for this.",

"body": "In my opinion, this app needs to do three things well and efficiently: 1) one click reorder functionality based on order history; 2) one click ability to add search items to pending orders; 3) pending order visibility/access on main screen. The recent app update did not improve any of these process flows from the previous version. The search function has been improved, however.",
