   I’ve been lifting for 15 years and played various sports all my life. Gym Shark has the best gym clothes I have ever found! Prices are great and the sales section prices are even greater! Haha They offer military discount, which is dangerous lol Just ask them about their verifying process. Incredibly responsive through email and also have a FREE training app!!!!! Dude?! This company is just the chef’s kiss to my workout clothes AND casual clothes! And their training app is awesome for when I travel for military. What also blows my mind is the styles are throughout the spectrum! I can easily recommend Gym Shark to any family and friends because I’m certain, between the styles and prices, all will find something!!! I have never been diehard on any brand….but I really think these guys have me!! 🙌🏽 Haha

2. 1/5Hard to get connected with customer service

   So I ordered clothes before Thanksgiving and it got delivered earlier this week. It says it was delivered around 5pm but I got home around 10pm already, first thing I did was look for the package and I couldn’t find it at all. Their customer service is only in the app and you can message them but they will take two days to get back at you and when I told them that I couldn’t find my package and that it was either missing or stolen, they will send you this post where it says you need to “ACCEPT THE DECLARATION LETTER” stating that you already looked around, talk to your neighbors and ask family members with your package. And they will do their investigation on their own and will also include the police because of the missing or stolen package. I told them that I live in a neighborhood where people doesn’t talk to one another. People go on their own day and mind their own business but it’s not a close off neighborhood that it does have a gate or private entrance. I expressed my situation with them but they still keep telling me I need to say that I accept the declaration letter that all that was stated in there was done before they start the investigation. And I keep telling them if I accept it, it’s like me lying that I did talked to my neighbors regarding my missing package even though I did not because like I said I dont talk to my neighbors. But gymshark still won’t do anything with it unless you say you accept the declaration letter. So basically I just lost $100.

3. 4/5Almost Cried Tears of JOY😭

   I absolutely adore this brand, and their clothing. Seeing as this only has 14 reviews, I’d like to be the first to thank the developers at GymShark for making this app happen - it is just a step closer to doing battle with bigger brands such as Lulu, Adidas, Nike, etc. It would be nice for the gender selected (also would be nice to not have to choose a gender, inclusion and all) if that selection would carry over priority up top when selecting through the filters - I do appreciate it pulls that data to curate a home page (good idea). The videos that play when look at different fits and lines is one of my favorite features about the website, I wish they’d would have integrated that here as well. Within the checkout feature, an ‘x’ opposed to having to click the quantity and ‘remove’ would be nice, just more ergonomically sensible when considering thumb movements. One big miss, there is no return feature on the ‘more info’ or ‘•••’ on the bottom right menu. Huge miss on integration of a ‘one stop shop’ experience. Keeping guests in the app for anything they need helps to improve the return rate and really increase unit sales as it’s easier and easier to purchase, receive, return, repeat - especially for those of us in the US who live a little further and we do lots of this. On the whole as a first run, app looks great and I will for sure be using it more so than other apps I have (cough cough, Lulu). Hey GymShark, be on the lookout for my job application😘

   They wouldn’t let me swap a single line of an address for an order and told me to take it up with my bank. Cancelled the order with intentions to reorder the same order in their 15 minute window they have for cancellation. Order said cancelling then 5 minutes later it said processing. They said they can’t do anything about this. To even speak with an agent you have to waste 5 minutes talking to a bot to then wait upwards of 20 minutes. They list “our agents usually respond in under 20 minutes.” Very convenient they respond in a time frame outside their so called “15 minutes cancellation window.” All they had to do was a simple change of 2 words and yet that wasn’t possible and their “15 minute cancellation window” clearly isn’t 15 mins. What even is the point of the customer support if they are going to reply with bot answers, say sorry, and put an emoji at the end? It’s a shame since their clothes are good and I usually buy from them but the complete lack to solve a simple problem right after I placed an order is really embarrassing.

   Well as the title says I mean it’s pretty self explanatory but you drop an item that you build up all this hype for just to run out in 25 seconds from bots and claim it to be people who bought them well you can just check eBay and see who really the people are what I don’t understand is why you don’t make the onyx a permanent thing or at least just have stock for it no one likes it when you have a low stock of something because that just means less people get it that being your fans and it makes resellers want to ruin the drop by buying it all with bots you tried to stop the bots but they found way around your system please do better gym shark this is my first impression of buying from you and the effort is laughable just make more and take peoples moneys why are you allergic to money until anything changes I will make sure to buy absolutely nothing from you and probably just buy youngLA compression because they are cheaper and actually in stock more and they will take my money
