I love Guess. I really want to love this app! But I can’t ever open my shopping cart after I’ve added things to it! Like EVER. I hope someone fixes this soon. I also can’t get my rewards to load. It becomes annoying and I end up just logging into my account online instead of using the app to purchase.

2/5Glitchiest Shopping App?
Can’t seem to check out any of the items I have added to my shopping cart, on top of that, the shopping cart menu won’t even load up or update after removing items. Perhaps, fixing these will bring more users to the app instead of us having to go online and order our items through there. It’s a huge hassle and inconvenience to us Guess shoppers. I still love Guess

There is a women woot here from Mexico she speak spanish language and she refuse to tell me her name I think it’s Jennifer or Jeffie and doesn’t want to help me on the app to take the 15 percent off and I want pay for the t shirt she doesn’t help me and she’s shouting and screaming you can check the camera at the store how she treats me and I love guess clothes and I always buy from there I don’t know how you let her working there she should be more nice with the customers

1/5Dear Guess , You guys seriously need to upgrade and get this app together !!
This is the worst app I have, I honestly LOVE Guess ! But how can I ever even buy anything when I get kicked out like literally every second I’m on the app, both Guess apps at that. And as expensive as Guess is you guys can’t at least have the decency to have gold filled, sterling silver, or at least have surgical steel jewelry ??????? What the hell is gold tone smh !!!!!!!!!! Seriously unsatisfied new customer who’s trying to purchase my Christmas shopping but can’t because I keep getting kicked off both apps !!!!!!!

1/5What happened!!!
I, like so many others, Love Guess clothing, but just in the last month I have had so many problems with this app. I wanted to purchase a item in my bag but couldn’t log in, called Guess customer service to make sure my email info was correct, ended up changing my password, finally got logged in and there were 8 extra items in my bag that I hadn’t put in there, ended up ordering my item at the store, I keep getting logged out of my app and now I can’t login at all, it keeps telling me my email or password is invalid.... what the hell am supposed to do???
