   I love this store for there clothes are cute 🥰 but I just have one ☝️ thing that’s bad to say thereCombat boots the souls come out the shoes and they’re very uncomfortable don’t even bother to buy them you pay 30$ something dollars for nothing why charge a lot for shoes if there not Properly goodQuality that’s not right you should be selling them cheaper or not at all or pull them back and make shore getShoes combat boots that the souls are comfortable and good quality not this not just say I’m a tag but actually mean the sales pitch, I wanted to buyHigh heel boots but I was afraid that the souls will also come out from though so that’s why I didn’t even bother other then thatI hope you take my advice in to consideration pretty please your store is amazing and has so much potential don’t let one incident keep yeah fromAchieving more sales fix the problem to make things better for yourselves your company and for the people that buy from you to make your customers 😊💜💜🥺🥰🙏🏼

3. 2/5Definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

   The app was pretty easy to use but my problems started when I placed my order. I ordered a jumpsuit from them for my Christmas outfit. When I placed my order it was within the 5-7 business days to be delivered before Christmas Eve. When it still hadn’t shipped and was “processing” days after I placed my order, I emailed customer service to just cancel the order since it wouldn’t be here in time. But days later it shipped and after it had already shipped out I finally got an email stating it can’t be canceled. Its passed the 5-7 days and my order is still being processed in NY I think and it’s been there for 3 days. I personally wouldn’t order from them again since I live in the US but I guess if you’re already in Canada I’m sure shipping is better.

4. 1/5Werid Cancellations

   I bought from this website a couple days ago just for the thing to be apparently out of stock and got a refund so I purchased another item different from the first and the same thing happened I reached out to customer services they told me I just had the location wrong which I did instead of us I clicked Canada so I changed that And placed another order and then it happened again. I called customer services once again and then told me something different how the warehouse doesn’t tell if the item is out of stock until you purchase it now I have 3 things refunded and 1 thing still delivering? What am I suppose to do with just the bottom!! Don’t buy from here it’s not professional or with your time

5. 2/5Not sure how I feel

   Honestly I heard great things about it so I wanted to give it a try. Right as I placed my order it told me they ran out of 2/4 that I ordered, it would’ve been nice to know before that. I’m not sure if I’ll even get a refund for the items. I’ve read other reviews after this happened and now I’m a little scared about it not coming cause I’m in the US. Still disappointed about the items. I’ve also been waiting a little bit for my order but it has said it hasn’t even shipped yet.
