1/5Horrible Upgrade
I can’t imagine a more horrendous upgrade. The old Good Sam app was incredibly functional for campers on the road. This one is absolutely unusable. The campground database is absolutely dysfunctional and does not provide the information you need. Whoever created this upgrade was clearly not a user or a member. I hope you didn’t spend a lot of money on upgrade programming. What a waste.

Wow this app is so much worse then the original app. Trying to cram way to much into the app it’s over complicated now. You also used to be able to see if a location was open all year or what their season range dates were at a glance from the main page now it doesn’t show at all. Horrible upgrade.

We stayed at Cowboy RV Park in Pocatello, ID. It is super clean, has friendly family owners, free newspaper and coffee or hot chocolate in the morning. All sites were well-maintained, washing machines, showers, and toilets were very nice. We will stay there again for sure!! Thanks.

Glad I didn’t pay for it. I downloaded to have access to trip planner in route but it only takes me to RV rentals ????? Did not explore much more of it since they can’t get that right. Judging from the ratings over the past several months my guess is they are not fixing it.

1/5Two Apps?
I downloaded the Good Sam camping app and got a message to download a new version. That took me here to an entirely different app. Who creates a second app instead of upgrading the first one? Come on Good Sam. It should be easier to sign up for and integrate all your services in one place and then access those services on a seamless app. This isn’t 1980 anymore. Why would I have to manually enter numbers for insurance and roadside assistance on my Good Sam account? Your website and app should be doing that automatically.

They left me stranded 100 miles away from home on a Friday Night. There are other companies that you can get that won't do that to you. It is a bait and switch, they promise one thing but deliver another.
