1. 5/5Easy, Affordable and Convenient

   my job partnered with foodsby and I love how you can preview the food weekly in advance whether to know you want to bring lunch or not. Convenient when you do forget your lunch and don’t have to be in traffic. Coupons are always available which is a bonus! One of the best companies my job could partner with (:my jobs email so if I forget to pull up the app to order something, when I log into my work desk, they send daily emails of what restaurant is available for lunch that day. It’s very convenient! My only complaints (hence 4 stars) is that I wish they had MORE restaurants available because 2 in a day feels like having to be forced to grab something from either. And I’m unable to update my card information in settings, I called and apparently could only do so when I order something. I did miss out on a couple of days/lunches bc I didn’t know this.

2. 5/5Convenient!

   I love the convenience of not having to leave the office. When I know I have a busy day, it is great to have someone bring me lunch. I appreciate the variety of options and that it changes each day. I recommend purchasing something cold or something that is easy to reheat. Most of the time it comes and is perfect, but sometimes I think the Restaurants start making things early to ensure everything is ready before pick up. You also need to be aware that sometimes drop off is early in the day. That is great for me since I like to eat early, but if you are a late eater you’ll want to throw it in the fridge or microwave once you are ready to eat.

   Update: Works phenomenally now! Love that I can order super easily/conveniently at home before work. Previous review: It will not load, and is completely non-functional. Pity, because the service is nice (though a bit on the expensive side). I like having set times to expect the deliveries at the office, because then I know how to time my order with my day. I can still order via the desktop site, but the app was a convenience when it worked. It had been in need of improvement for several months, and doesn’t seem to have been updated for >1 year. I’m thinking it just hasn’t caught up to all of the OS updates.

4. 2/5Misleading restaurant options

   While the app itself is a decent option when I'm in the office, it's extremely misleading as to the number of restaurants actually on offer any given day. What looks like four to five options will in fact be one or two restaurants. A single restaurant will list three or four times on the same day with the same menu items, some at different prices. One location close to my building has at least four to five "names" with three price points for items. I never intentionally order from this restaurant, but I can't keep up with the near constant name changes. I contacted the app and they said restaurants can have multiple concepts and there is no problem with one restaurant being on the app four times on a single day.

5. 5/5Not all its cracked up to be

   Initially this seemed like a great idea. But there are so many issues. Food is never warm when it arrives. The cutoff times and delivery times are way to early. Who wants to eat lunch before 12pm everyday. The menu items are different from the items if you ordered directly from the restaurant. Also the prices are more expensive. To be quite honest I’m disappointed. I expected better from this service. I definitely think order and delivery times need to be adjusted. And they have to figure out a way to keep the food hot when it is delivered.
