1. 1/5Hands down worst customer service

   During my first visit to Stockholm, I had to order food delivery to my hotel due to work commitments. The app indicated that my order was delivered, but the hotel staff never received it. When I reached out to the Help Center, I received a generic response that seemed like a template, claiming that my issue was a "recurring one" and that a refund could not be issued. This response was nonsensical since it was my first-ever order with the service. Clearly, no investigation was conducted. Believing it might be a bug, I ended the conversation and initiated a new one. However, I received the exact same automated response repeatedly, without any chance to explain my situation. Eventually, I connected with a real person who seemed to be looking into the issue but ultimately gave me the same response. The representative's attitude was dismissive and rude, stating, "we will not change our decision to issue a refund." This experience has been utterly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better customer service and resolution from the company.

2. 1/5Avoid - horrendous new user experience and useless customer service

   I’ve had my phone number for 2+ YEARS and it runs out the previous person who had my phone number YEARS ago had a foodora account — so when I signed up and tried to apply vouchers meant for new customers, they would not work. Had to waste time speaking to 4 different customer service people via two mechanisms (first their chat function in-app, then they made me start the process over again via emailing support) — and after all that, there was no resolution and they refused to even grant me a different voucher of similar value, despite 100% of this issue being their stupid app’s fault. Deleted app without ever ordering. AVOID!!!!!

3. 1/5The map will send your orders to the wrong restaurant

   I clicked on a restaurant near me for a pickup order. The map instead loaded a different restaurant (Same chain, different location) and then sent the pickup order to a restaurant 45 minutes away. Foodora customer service refuses to take responsibility for this issue, even though I have been able to replicate the error on multiple devices. The customer service department states that it is not their responsibility to ensure that the locations of restaurants on their own maps actually correspond to the locations of real restaurants. Use another service.

4. 1/5You should train your delivery man more.

   I chose contactless delivery (stay at the door after knocking on the door) and filled in the correct address. The delivery man didn't read my request at all. He called me and asked me to go out to get it. He saw the wrong address but kept asking me to go out to find him and thought it was my fault. Think about a bearded man asking you out in a very bad tone... So what's the point of me choosing contactless delivery? And your software has no way to black out the delivery man, which means that if I continue to use your software, I may meet this terrible man, so I uninstalled it

5. 1/5Can’t verify anything?

   This is the worst app I’ve ever used the customer service is terrible and so beyond unhelpful I am thoroughly disappointed in the service (or better to say lack of) that I received. I have tried everything to verify a phone number, I did the same thing as the person next to me yet somehow theirs works and mine doesn’t. I can’t believe someone was able to open a business with such a horrid application to go with it. I have used every other food delivery service in multiple countries and never have I run into one that is so useless.
