   I just downloaded the app because I signed up for the rewards program in the store and was told I would get extra points for signing in for the first time. First, I tried creating an account through the app. The “create account” button didn’t work; I tried multiple times. So, I went online to create my account. I thought I would be able to sign in after that. Nope. The “sign in” button doesn’t work either. I even tried deleting the app and redownloading it. I haven’t tried any of the apps other features.

   Doesn’t have Apple Pay, autofill is broken. And I mean basic things are broken. Paste in your phone number and it chips the first number off. It can’t even handle standard formats. Paste in expiration date and it doesn’t fill the year correctly.

3. 1/5Does anything in this app work?

   Seems pretty clear no one that built this app has ever actually used it. Newest release, you can’t even click the login button, and most of the app requires you to be logged in. But since the beginning, if you are in the ad and click “shop now” you can’t get back to where you were in the ad without starting over. Search is frustrating. It will happily find misspellings of the search work but not contractions of it. And even if you find something similar, there is no way to browse other products in the category it’s in. Or even know what category it’s in. Which is odd, because you can browse by category, but good luck guessing on some odd products if it’s under home and garden , automotive, power sports, farm to start with. Update: despite the developer responding that the login issue is fixed in 1.7.1….it isn’t. Second update: on a hunch I turned on notifications and can log in. Turn off notifications and I can log in. That’s a big NO on notifications. I don’t need every app interrupting me all the time so they are off unless *I* want them on. I’ll keep the 1 star until you can figure out how a shopping app can work with notifications off.

4. 2/5Needs a LOT of Improvement

   Shopping online was a miserable process. This review is going to be honest in hopes that you’ll use the information to improve it. 1. Most of the items I wanted, don’t ship. For example: Why don’t canning accessories ship? It consists of tongs, a funnel, etc. Nothing is glass or breakable. So many items DON’T ship. 2. The slightest incorrect swipe of your finger while scrolling sends the page to the right and you can’t get it back. So you have to start your search over. 3. It’s slow. After you click to view an item, you have to wait 3 seconds before you can touch the go-back arrow or else it’ll go back twice and you’ll lose the spot you were scrolling from. 4. Add a wishlist heart to your main shopping items (without having to tap on them and open the page and THEN adding to to the wishlist). It’s wasted time if you don’t need to view the details and know you want it. 5. If you want to edit your cart, the buttons are sensitive or too small. So, instead of selecting to remove or save the item to the wishlist, it’s very easy to end up viewing the item on its original page instead. Then you have to tap to go back to the cart again. 6. The search engine needs improvement. 7. I had to pay $8 in shipping. No matter how small or big my cart was, it wasn’t free. If you want to be competitive with online shopping, make shipping free. Overall I like your store! But I will not be shopping online again for a long time unless improvements are made. I do go to the store in-person but due to location and schedule, it’s not as often as I’d like. So making the online shopping better, and shipping more items, would be a huge incentive for customers like me. Thank you!

5. 2/5App should not have been released yet

   Many great potential features but many don’t work,,,yet. Have been offing via online for years and it works great. Now using the app my name shows up as the store name and they have difficulty getting me my in store pickup order. In addition, I placed another order using the app and all looked good, even confirmation email. Then after 8 hours of no email update I went on the app to see it was cancelled for some reason.,, no notification,,, nothing. I then replace the order using the old method of online and it worked great, OneDrive ready in 2 hours. My recommendation, until they fix the app glitches us it for research but place your order using their web page.
