1. 3/5*APP DEVELOPERS PLEASE READ*we need notifications that say if our vehicles doors are unlocked!

   the app could easily be 4+ stars. We should be able to see if our vehicles doors are locked (notification that doors are unlocked) or if our windows are down much like other competitor auto apps. (like Toyota) also a picture of our vehicle and the color it's in used to appear on the top when you open the app it is now no longer there ? I don't understand why that was a nice little feature (please bring it back) and the last thing would be the vehicle health report mine says it was last updated 73 days ago.. when I get emails saying my monthly update is available but I can never see it even if I refresh the report page or restart the app or anything. I'm still being displayed the vehicle report from when I first got the app. I hope you guys could fix these small issues and add these small features to easily get a 5 star rating.

2. 4/5Good, but should be much better

   Long story short, my vehicle was stolen but was recovered with the help of this app. I was able to get an approximate location and then use the horn and lights to locate it. I have alerts set up when the vehicle leaves home and if it’s driven at a certain time. But since it was the middle of the night, I didn’t see them until I woke up. If these alerts are available, why are we not able to lockdown the vehicle from the app if it’s stolen? If a curfew alert is setup, why don’t we have the option to keep the vehicle immobile unless unlocked from the app even if the fob (which in my case was a cloned fob when the vehicle was stolen) is in the vehicle? The security features should be much stronger other than just being notified of what’s going on. If we are able to remote start, lock and unlock, and get the location of the vehicle, then there is no reason why there shouldn’t be much more powerful security features. I am extremely thankful I was able to recover my vehicle and without this app that would not have been possible. But I can’t help but think there could have been more done to prevent this if there were more security features provided by this app.

3. 5/5Build quality in question

   LOVE new Durango RT, but at about 7k, front rotors started to warp, at 11k VERY noticeable, and I drive like an old man, no excuse for this FCA! Love the power and fuel mileage of the hemi, but 2 completely different startup ticks/ knocks. The “been sitting for over 4 day)dry startup lifter tick from day 1, which I accepted as “normal”. Now, at about 10k miles another cold tick has begun when you put it in gear and back out of garage, seems to disappear after it’s warmed up. Cmon, 62k for this thing, hemi engine has been out since early 2000’s and Chrysler STILL hasn’t installed check valve in oil system, or tightened tolerances or something?? These engine noises are unacceptable!! NEVER heard a 5.3 do this unless it was well north of 100k miles. Runs great, but shouldn’t be making noises at 23 miles on the odometer, then a new noise at about 10k. Has me concerned.

4. 1/5Constant app problems

   The Dodge app is not nearly as good as the old Uconnect app. I consistently have problems with updating the location of my car. When it does update the location of the car, it will take at least a few minutes and I will have to hit the refresh button three or four times just to update the photo location map of the car. Often times it says location update, failed try again later, and will do this for hours or days. My car is failed to update location the last two days, and the car could not possibly be driving straight for 48 hours. If it was driving, the app would say vehicle in motion cannot locate. But it doesn’t even do that. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, to see if that helps. It does not. I have called SiriusXM Guardian, they say it’s an app issue.. Great app guys. never had these issues with the old app.

5. 2/5Little disappointed of this App compared to other platforms

   To unlock/lock or start your car, you have to wait for at least a minute, sometimes even more. The map doesn't refresh, and if you manually refresh it, it's very slow. The driver alert options don't save half the time, and when they do, I don't like that I get emails about every single alert. I only want push notifications on the app, not emails. There should be an option to enable and disable email notifications. The security PIN requirement is excessive. It prompts for the PIN every time I click on an option in the app, which is unnecessary when I'm already logged in. It should only ask for the PIN once during login and not for every option I select. I hope Dodge takes notes of these issues especially the delay of unlocking, locking, and starting your vehicle.
