It’s good for adding a booking. You can also go through the check-in process. But what you cannot do is: log in or sign up for a condor account, see your flight details after check in, download your boarding pass. Also, after checking in for one leg of a trip, you won’t be able to use the app to check in for the return flight, because it will show you as checked in for the return flight, too, mistaking the check-in for both legs.

This app is really worthless and honestly makes me wonder if I’ve been scammed!! Booked and paid for r/t tickets from US-Europe PLUS paid for my seating already. Now less than 1 month from my trip, I can’t even get into my account that I created. I tried deleting app and reinstalling it with no help. I tried looking up my reservation using my reference# and being told THERE IS NO reservation found!!! I have copies of my CONFIRMED reservation and receipt with how much I paid for the trip. I can’t find anything for my seat reservation though but I guess that’s because I can’t get into the account!! Not sure if I’ll be flying with Condor again. It’s too much of a headache just trying to figure out how to get their app to function properly!

1/5The app is total garbage
It’s shocking to see what kind of garbage app Condor presents to the world. It’s simply non functional for the most part. I would not even consider it ready for beta testing. I tried to add a seat reservation, which the app suggests is possible, and the app can’t do it. Condor asked me to input some data pertaining to my identity/nationality. Again, the app could do not it initially. The day of my flight all my booking data which had been present the day before totally disappeared and I was informed I had “no bookings.” After I was able to retrieve my data I was finally able to get a boarding pass! Amazing!! But when I tried to make that part of my Apple wallet, which the app offered to do, again error message! When my flight gate was change, the app also didn’t update the gate.

3/5Still not useful after one year
While it is now possible to bock a flight through the app, certain necessary features still do not work. Adding your API is impossible. At least for flights originating in USA. Adding birthday and passport expiration is cumbersome since the app changes input dates. I put in 17. 04 and the app records 16. 04. Should be easy to create a workable app since there are plenty out there from other airlines.

Frankly, this is a poor app. You can usually get what you want eventually, but you have to be patient for data to load (with no indication that anything is loading) and you have to accept that it is likely to crash a few times When checking in through the app I eventually got to the part where we were to get our boarding passes. The ‘add to wallet’ function didn’t work, so I had to have emails sent to myself and my wife, then we clicked on a link in our respective emails, which loaded a page that had a link to add the boarding passes to our wallets. Mine put my boarding passes in my wallet. My wife’s email link also put MY boarding passes in her wallet. I had to go back not another part of the app to access all of the boarding passes to my wallet and then Airdrop a copy to my wife. Honestly I think Condor hired Elon’s boys to ‘develop’ the app while they were playing beer pong.

          "body": "Frankly, this is a poor app. You can usually get what you want eventually, but you have to be patient for data to load (with no indication that anything is loading) and you have to accept that it is likely to crash a few times When checking in through the app I eventually got to the part where we were to get our boarding passes. The ‘add to wallet’ function didn’t work, so I had to have emails sent to myself and my wife, then we clicked on a link in our respective emails, which loaded a page that had a link to add the boarding passes to our wallets. Mine put my boarding passes in my wallet. My wife’s email link also put MY boarding passes in her wallet. I had to go back not another part of the app to access all of the boarding passes to my wallet and then Airdrop a copy to my wife. Honestly I think Condor hired Elon’s boys to ‘develop’ the app while they were playing beer pong.",
