We LOVE community rewards! It’s a great way to become active in your community and earn money. I’m not sure some of the other reviewers understand how it works. CR doesn’t set the point values or how many opportunities there are to earn points - your property does. Our property manager makes it very easy to earn points (many times it’s just showing up to community events to earn several thousand points) by hosting events, having various tasks/activities through the month, etc. If you are concerned about the lack of available points to earn, you will need to speak with your apartment community manager who sets all that up. It’s not community rewards fault if some properties are not as active as others. The only bug issues I’ve gotten are the “vote for best Instagram” picture for the weekly challenges. I can only see my own pictures and other tenants who I’m friends with on Instagram - no one else. CR is aware of the issue and I’ve communicated with them several times.

5/51st review for the Comminity Rewards
I’ve been using this Reward Program since I’ve lived with Alder Terrace and it is such a fun way to earn a gift card. Actual gift cards, most of the ones I have got were at least $15 but I’ve got up to $30. It’s very easy to get one if you just visit the app like any other app daily. Sometimes you can’t earn for another week, but I always check. Also they update it monthly with a bunch of questions to earn even more. Love this and hope they keep it going!

Such fun! Much like reading the part of a short story where you get to have a starring role. . As for me, I love seeing the photos my neighbors put in and I get to vote on those I like the best…I hope mine are seen an appreciated as well. Also, a bit of a treasure hunt where my stylus runs around in apps such as Facebook and my points add up just for saying hi. Then, there is my chance to let management know how I think they are doing….more points… I continue to be happily surprised when my points add up to a dinner at Applebee’s or a box of pint of icecream at CVS. And I never have to leave my lounge chair or get out of my pajamas. I know I haven’t mentioned everything about Community Rewards…but that’s ok. I left a few surprises for you. Enjoy being rewarded by our community. It’s a gift!

5/5Issue that needs to be addressed
I love how I’m able to get a gift card depending on the dollar amount but I have notice recently that I keep getting turnstile verification failed as an error message and that will send me to trouble shot to figure out what’s going on. Is there a way to fix the issue? Cause all I’m doing is racking up the points and not be able to use them to get the gift card I want!!!

Thought this was a neat idea for apartment complexes and tenants. Moved into an apartment building in August started collecting points as often as I could. Within 2 months had enough points for a $30 gift card but thought I’d just keep collecting them for a bigger gift card. Went to login for Snapchat Friday this week and couldn’t get into my account. It kept saying my email wasn’t in the system. Called community rewards and they told me my apartment recently dropped the community rewards program with no warning and the points I collected were no longer available. What a horrible business practice. I should be able to at least redeem the points I had for a certain period of time instead of just screwing me completely out of them. My apartment complex is bad enough for not warning anyone but the fact that community rewards won’t let you redeem your points as soon as the apartment complex drops them just makes this company a bunch of spineless turds
