   I used line leap recently and the bar I purchased tickets for had issues and could not let any others inside. They said that they were not gonna let anymore people in so of course I wanted a refund because they did not even give me the option to go inside. I even had line skip. I spent $50 and contacted line leap to try and get a refund but no I cannot get one because the venue does not allow it. I tried to explain to line leap that the venue told me to contact them in order to get a refund. They only offered me a credit after trying to get into contact with them a bunch of times and now will not respond to me. I am very angry at this. They do not even have a phone number you can talk to over the phone. It has to be done through text or email and I find this very complicated. Do better.

2. 5/5Elevates the going out experience!

   I love LineLeap! I went to the University of Arizona and all of the bars were partnered with it there. The lines can be hours long sometimes on big nights and being able to easily skip the line with LineLeap has saved me and my friends so much time. Plus, a lot of the passes come with drinks, so I get a drink handed to me right when I enter the bar after skipping the line. I live in Scottsdale now and some of the best bars here are also partnered with LineLeap so I love that I can continue to use it post-grad. I've also used it when I visited Nashville last year which was a total lifesaver. Could not recommend this app more if you love to go out and hate wasting your night in line!

3. 5/5Must-Have App for College Students

   As a college senior, I wish I had started using LineLeap earlier. It’s seriously made going out so much easier. Whether it’s skipping long lines on game days or participating in a bar crawl, this app saves time and avoids the hassle, it’s always smooth. What I love most is that I don’t have to stress about getting somewhere early just to get in. LineLeap gives you that flexibility, especially when plans change last-minute. It’s super easy to use, and everything from payment to entry is seamless. If you’re in college and go out even semi-regularly, this app is a no-brainer. Total game-changer for busy weekends.

   This app does come in clutch many times, however I went out a few nights ago and accidentally purchased two passes. I would take accountability and recognize that it was my mistake if there was a confirmation button or a cancel button however the app only scanned my face ID and charged my account immediately. When I went to the bar that I bought the passes for they told me that if I wrote an email to the app directly that they would reimburse me. I did so the next morning and I got an email saying I wouldn’t be reimbursed and that everything was non refundable. Again, I would take accountability for this if there had been a way for me to cancel it. I had spoken to may friends about my experience and I’ve discovered that they have had negative experiences either lineleap as well in dealing with situations similar to mine. I never leave reviews especially negative ones, but I feel scammed. I should not spend $70 on two tickets and there not even be a “are you sure button” or even a cancel button. All that appeared was the face ID that allowed the app to take the money out of my account. I have been left unsatisfied and I don’t care if this is dramatic, but scammed as well. And I’m sorry to all other consumers of this app who have been scammed from their money as well because apparently it’s a reoccurring problem.

5. 5/5Why wait when you can skip the line

   Why wait in line when you can skip with a touch of a button. If you like to go out and party, but don’t like waiting in line, look no further, and download LineLeap. This is literally the Best app Ever, it’s so easy to use and very convenient. I usually buy the passes in advance, so even if I’m running late to the party, I don’t have to worry about waiting in line. I also like using it whenever I travel to other states, I just look up location and the city I’m visiting, and I can buy my passes in advance or right outside the door. I also love their customer support on the app, if I have any issues or request a refund, they are so quick to solve the issues. I highly recommend it especially if you are a college students and enjoy partying with your friends. I can’t wait till it launches in all the states. Thank you LineLeap for making me feel like VIP all the time and never have to wait in line.
