5/5Easy and convenient parking
If you're flying out of CLT, this app is a must. Leave the frustration at home. I love that I can book my parking online and know where I will park before I get there. Save a few dollars booking in advance, but it's cool to know the prices of every parking option The daily parking deck is what I like to use- covered parking. The shuttle is very quick. And I can also find out when the next shuttle is coming. Love that the system can read my license plate so no more fumbling for the tickets.

I’ve been logged out of the app since March. The reset password link doesn’t work and a new account can’t be created since one already exists. (Messages appear like “your internet connection doesn’t work” which is obviously not the problem) I’ve emailed the dev team via the in app “process” at least 4 times and have gotten a response once, but then no response to my reply in over 2 months. If the app is working, it works fine, but as soon as there’s a problem, you’re screwed and no longer have a fully functioning app. The main reason to use the app is for parking, and that’s the piece I can only partially access. Very frustrated at lack of support. Giving 2 stars since some components work.

1/5Send the app developers back to primary school!
My next-door neighbor told me how great it was to be able to reserve a space in a conveniently located parking lot to the Charlotte airport. She showed me this app, I downloaded it and began and rolling. What a pathetic piece of software! It does not link withany of my password apps to auto fill and save the passwords, then populate the new password and the verification of the new password on the enrollment process. It also asks you to add your license plate, but then shut down after about a minute when you go out to find your license plate because you just don’t remember that all the time. They’re other problems like that, that the software fails to anticipate and makes it incredibly time-consuming to get registered.

4/5User friendly, some button issues
The dashboard is set up well, the process to make an account and to pay for parking is pretty easy, but there’s some buttons that were unresponsive. It took me a few tries to give my full address and I had to smash the “I have read and accept these terms and conditions” button to get it to fill in. Besides that, the app is great.

The app lags it can take as much as 1-2 minutes for each page to open, the layout could be improved such as make the most recent booking show on the home page as it stands currently the oldest booking is the first one you see that leaves you most recent booking at the bottom of the list so, if you travel a lot as I do the list can be long. Also I have found no option to delete the old bookings.
