   I thought at first it was the store issue problem and after I’ve swipe with other stores they just keep saying could not load ordering status for ordering ahead so I think it’s the app issue I’ve already uninstall it and it’s still not working. I’ve also logged out and it’s still not working so I don’t know what’s going on, but I’m not getting my perks or rewards which really upsets me. It was great when I first have this. I’ve got my perks. I’ve got my rewards. I can order ahead of time but I don’t know. They might have done like an update and it just stops working.

2. 1/5Something is not right about this app

   First of all the first bad experience I had with this app was I’ve been charged twice for the same visit to the same establishment. I’ve tried to call this company on several occasions hardly a number to find and if you call you’ll get somebody they can’t do anything about nothing they tell you to go back to the merchant going back to the merchant they tell you to go to Clover tired of it. Contacted my credit card company do a charge back. The second and most disturbing point of this app is I did not use my Apple Pay in their app as a primary default credit card somehow somewhere don’t know how but they tied into my Apple card and now if I go to an establishment it always pops up. Ok trying to remove it from the app it will not allow me to remove the default credit payment so they refer you to their website. Being that I have Apple iCloud relay, the two factor authentication never comes back, so there’s no way of communicating with the company. Even though the company offers rewards after purchasing so many items at one of their merchants, did you realize that they’re a credit card vendor to the merchants. And last, but at least even though you have location tracking, turned off on your iPhone, they will track you with your app through your credit card number used at the merchant the merchant keeps the history of each credit card used with particular merchant, so they know exactly where you’re at then you’ll get the ads. APP DELETED Not worth all the aggravation to deal with this company. after doing research, they’re very big on data aggregation.

3. 1/5Horrible and Ridiculous

   I have used this app so many times, the first time it was amazing so great. Two weeks in and Clover doesn’t want to give me my points. NOTE: it is NOT the businesses’ fault they are only partnered with Clover for the reward system. This problem has happened to me for OVER 2 years. When it was finally fixed it was all great again, until the problem started happening AGAIN! This problem has happened to me over 4 times in a year, THIS HAS TO BE FIXED ASAP! Not only has this problem been happening, but Clover has DELETED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS. Why did they delete my account? I honestly have no idea, I was just using their system trying to get my points in and I’m signed out of my account; then I go to sign back in and it’s telling me to resign up. Hello? Honestly this entire situation and system is ridiculous and needs to be fixed and investigated because this is how you make businesses lose customers. This system maybe great for businesses, but it’s HORRIBLE for customers. Thank you.

4. 1/5UPDATE = SALES KILLER

   PROBLEM: CLOVER ONLINE ORDERING APP APP WILL NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO ADD AN ITEM 2 TIMES WITH DIFFERENT MODIFIERS. CONTINUES TO SAY "UPDATE" EXAMPLE: customers adds the latte item with the caramel modifier to cart. NEXT --- they want another latte but this time they select the chocolate modifier. The only option the app gives you is the "UPDATE" button. I was just made aware of this horrible update by a customer this morning who was forced to place his order in 2 separate transactions. Please fix this atrocious update immediately so my customers aren't having to jump through all of these hoops simply to order their morning coffee. And so my business doesn't lose any sales due to the inconvenience if it hasn't already. It is a fact that in this day and age convenience = sales. Things like this are sure to have a drop in my numbers as if it isn't hard enough to survive in an economy like this as a small business. I certainly hope that you all can understand the importance of this issue and get it resolved immediately.

5. 2/5Works without many bugs, but lacks some basic functionality/explanation.

   There doesn’t seem to be a way to “favourite” stores or set one as your default location. This means that *even though I only visit one store that uses this system*, I have to search for the shop every single time I use the app. If there is a way to do this? Hell if I can find it. The system is often slow to sync, the interface is obtuse/counterintuitive, and there is a limit with how many points you can earn/redeem in a day that legitimately messes with my ability to use the account correctly. Basically... I use this app because I *have* to, not because I *want* to, and I find it to function reasonably well but also so lacking in what seem like they should be very basic features that I cannot recommend it. Some manner of tutorial is lacking and ESSENTIAL for an app as counterintuitive as this one, for example.
