   Great app & even better if you join the Movie Club !! If you have any Cinemark Theaters near you I would totally recommend, The Movie Club is only $9.99 a month & you get a free ticket every month which that alone is worth it to me !! They stack so throughout the year if there are movies in theaters that don’t peak your interest you can save them. I currently have 4 which totals $40 the last 4 months. Using 2 for the Radical & the other 2 for The Marvels which would’ve been $69 + Tax. Whether you go to the movies by yourself, with your significant other, or your family I’TS COMPLETELY WORTH IT !! You also get 20% Off Concessions (Excluding Alcohol) , & every dollar that’s spent gets you points which you can later use for numerous rewards For Example : A Free Ticket, Upgrade Tickets To DBOX, Additional 10% Off Concessions making it 30% for one purchase etc. Take my word for it, it’s worth it !! Even put on my co worker on when I explained to him how much you can save with your first month alone !! When there’s there’s that next movie you want to see subscribe for $9.99 & claim your first free ticket which u guarantee it’s cheaper unless you go in the morning. I’d like to add that in order to take full advantage of the savings don’t use free tickets those early mornings 😂 it’s such a waste when the tickets are already so cheap !! Just pay the cheap tickets which they’re already like 2 for one at that price & accumulate the points !!

   So I’ve been a Movie Club Member for a few months now, almost a year!! Anywho, I love how the Cinemark app is very easy to navigate and it has no glitches or problems. I always order my tickets on the app, my food and drink on the app because it’s so convenient and it’s contactless, they also have the option to have your food and drink delivered to you in the auditorium, how cool is that!? Cinemark Theaters is also very helpful when you miss and/or late to a showtime, they never disappoint. The price of to be a Movie Club Member is only $10 a month and it’s totally worth the money, believe me. I always get a discount when it comes to refreshments and tickets. Also, I get one free movie ticket at the beginning of every month, it’s so awesome. I once forgot my showtime because of the whole daylight savings. So then I contacted the Cinemark theater and they booked me to the next showtime at absolutely no extra cost, they’re so great! They also gave me a free box pretzels which was extremely kind of the Cinemark employees, shout out to them and the managers for such a great team. Overall, I’ve never been so excited when it comes to the theater. My fiancé and I enjoy the convenience of ordering our food and drink right from the app. The free ticket a month for any movie is all too good also, saves money for sure. It is super convenient to have the Cinemark app because you can easily access your movie tickets and your ticket to the food and drink you purchased ahead of time. So definitely try the Cinemark app out.. it’s great.

   For about 3 years I had Fandango, I thought I was saving money but in reality all I got was a chance to get a free poster with $5.99 shipping charge. One day my wife ordered tickets off Fandango but we were unable to make the show time because my son was not feeling well. We tried to change show times and get a credit but we were unable to get ahold of FANDANGO AND WHEN WE DID they refused to give us a refund because the time of the showing had passed. My wife was on the phone for 30 minutes!!! She had called before the show time but it took them that long to answer so we got the short end of the stick! I was upset and disappointed that me being a loyal customer for so long Fandango treated me and my wife as just another transaction. As we arrived at the Rave theater at NorthEast mall ( Our Favorite spot) I spoke with the manager and told him my frustration. Even though he did not have anything to do with the situation he gave me and my family free tickets to accommodate my loss. That day I deleted My Fandango app and downloaded Cinemark. There is so much more savings with Cinemark no middle man involved, rewarded with free tickets constantly, discounts on drink and beverages! My only regret is not switching over soon enough. As a huge Movie fan My family and I thank you Cinemark for putting customer satisfaction first.

   We were looking forward to seeing the new Deadpool movie. We bought our tickets in advance and were charged quit a bit in extra fees and the ap failed to give me the senior discount which we checked. The reclining seats are a plus as i have arthritis and sitting for long can be difficult. Our 4:40 showing was almost sold out. When we got to our seats i pulled the tray out to sit down and it was dirty, couldnt sit my purse on that! My nephews was also dirty, with sticky food residue. As i looked for a wipe, we sat in our reclining chairs. To our additional dismay the chairs didnt work…they didnt adjust, recline, nothing! And the position they were in wasnt very comfortable on old bones. My nephew went out to get help to at least fix the recliner. Four young men came in, looked around did something, and left. Our chairs still didn’t work. We decided after paying so much and things dirty and not working we’d request a refund. After waiting a bit and talking to four different people, the manager came out and apologized and said they would be working on all the broken chairs eventually. Tinseltown knew they were selling broken seats to people…😢 they could have blocked off those seats on their ap, but just another example of profits over people…high prices…and skeleton crews that cant keep up with cleaning. Since covid youd think theyd be more dilligent. Our refund is supposed to be posted to our account in 7-10 days. Dont waste your time going to Tinsletown if you want an enjoyable movie experience.

   My two grandchildren and my finecee wanted to go to the movies to see a new kids movie so we decided to get the Cinemark membership rewards card and after purchasing a 1 month membership rewards card, we get 1 2D ticket a month, free, and we can cancel at anytime and still have 6 months to use all are credits! It turned out, we actually saved the price of one adult ticket and 20% off of the concession stand and our popcorn and drinks even get delivered to our seats, pretty cool we thought! So, even if you’re just going for one movie by getting the membership, you pay for the price of it with your 1 free ticket you get at signup and each additional month you subscribe! Being a family of Four can get expensive going out on the town so we just wanted to let everyone know that’s it’s a good deal and you even get to reserve your seats ahead of time for the show you wanted to see! You can also add your tickets to your Apple Wallet for convenience! It was a easy signup process and from start to finish it only took less than 10 minutes! With Cinemark rewards you don’t have to be a movie enthusiast to enjoy nice discounts! So, see y’all @ the movies!!
