   Booked a round a few hours away from home because the course was kind of on the way to a family event. Good price for 2 players, 18 holes, and cart. Unfortunately, the course received some rain a few days prior to my booking-I had no idea it was soaked. The following morning (the day we would be playing) the course sent an early morning text informing me the course would not be allowing carts and holes 4-7 were closed. I quickly called the course to confirm and then cancelled my round. I then emailed Chronogolf of the situation and the cancellation and they said there’s nothing they can do but give me a rain check. Im not making that trip again for golf, the course isn’t worth that trip. I simply wanted a refund which they refuse. I guess they can advertise something and take payment even if what they advertise is not reality.

2. 3/5Back and forth in and out

   This app is a great idea, but I think you should be able to book based off of potential tee-times. Bouncing back-and-forth between different golf courses and hoping to find a time that works is clunky and inefficient. what is much more important to me, is the teatime. The search should be based off of that and then you should be able to see which golf courses have availability at different times of day.

   It’s difficult to make tee times when all of the day’s times are listed and you tap on one and the app says that time is not available. When I go back to the previous screen, the time is still listed. This can happen a number of times, so by the time, I can finally find a tee time, it may be two hours later than when I wanted to play. There should be a feature for when a course, has an outing and tee times aren’t available it would tell you that. This app has so many glitches, it’s difficult to know if it’s working properly or not.

4. 4/5Quick And Easy

   I usually do not write any reviews for any apps but this one just works so perfectly. I have never had a problem with my reservation not going through. I’m taking one star away because there is one course I like to play that is not on the app yet but that could also be because it’s a family run course. 10/10 would recommend unless you play at beacon rock in Washington

5. 4/5Nice work, room for improvement

   Chronogolf connects you with the courses you love, I love the reliability and have never had an issue with a booking. 1- The interface could use an upgrade, perhaps a ⛳️ instead of + 2-There should be an option, to see the people with the same tee time as you, this would connect players and even help courses operate smoothly and take this app from 4⭐️to 5🌟 3-I WOULD LOVE if we could have mini maps of courses before bookings. (topographic 🤞) thanks, -p
